Integration of sources is pretty easy to achieve as it can interface pretty well with other sources either directly or indirectly and it can store data itself which is nice. **What do you dislike about Board?** Anything to do with logs, clarity regarding how processes have run, the countless bugs especially everything to do with troubleshooting and getting insight in how to fix issues. Because of this, it can be adapted to many areas within the company. Implementation is easy and it can be very well customizable and designed on the needs of the customer. Data can be retrieved from multiple sources and easily integrated. Output can be in multiple format. It can manage big organizations very fast because of its scalability easy to adapt to new changes. Frequency of use by multiple users at the same time is not a problem and the segregation of duties is easily done. Customer support has always been fast and resolutive. In the same reports used by my colleagues, I am able to mix and match different categories and segments and hide different columns with ease without the fear of deleting something. I know that I can always go back with little difficulty. **What do you dislike about Board?** While Board offers the beforementioned complete customization, the UX and the speed are two major hurdles. It has a steep learning level, which cuts out immediately most executives who use Board at most once or twice per month, so every month they have to re-learn how their reports are structured. Another big issue is speed, trying to use more than 4-5 categories at once crashes the system and the only way to back out is to refresh the page, and I have to set again the filters, losing me a lot of time. There is still some work on the UX to be done. **What problems is Board solving and how is that benefiting you?** Board allows a complete overview of both Financial Forecasting and Pipeline analysis to major Account managers. The financial forecasting allows our company to have structured and readily available budgets, all standardized and timely delivered and the possibility to check if business is being conducted with specific clients and its value. With Board each company can create a solution which completely fits the organization's culture and way of working. Board is a no-code solution which makes is easy to interpret and understand. Screens and procedures can be created by drag and drop functionalities and it does not get more complex than IF statements, multiplications and divisions. Lastly, Board is a platform which allows customers to expand easily to any process within their business. **What do you dislike about Board?** The idea of having a blank sheet from the start can also be a risk for implementations. Customers really need to dedicate their time to the project at the beginning together with the implementation partner to make sure that the basis of the model is robust and well considered. We use Board to create excel for tables and schemes for final ppt presentation, but only for a better shape and form. As a user board is easy to use because it is very intuitive.
