While I am sorry to hear you had an issue with the app I am very happy that our support team was able to help get things back on track so quickly for you, they really are our A-Team!

Regarding your query about deleting comments, I am pleased to tell you that this can easily be done by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the pack that contains the comments.

2. Select the "Notes" tab along the top of your screen. (Here you will see all annotations you have shared and those shared with you)

3. Click the "Select" button now select individual or select all.

4. You can now choose to delete or amend who these annotations are shared with.

Alternatively you can click on each individually to jump to this in the pack, from here you can edit or delete the annotation.
