I find Board Intelligence very quick for putting together a pack and easy to distribute to Board members. I like the ease of creating an agenda and that it's user-friendly. I find the tool very easy to use. It is very efficient to ask writers to prepare papers via the tool, chase them and have them upload directly. I find the transition from physical to digital board papers challenging. Initially, I missed the tactile and visual sense of paper, where I could easily annotate with a pencil or pen. Also, the need to frequently change passwords for maintaining confidentiality was initially painful and cumbersome.
