I use Board Intelligence frequently, at least a couple times a week.There are many things I like about Board Intelligence.
It's user friendly.

Sometimes I can't upload powerpoint slides because the formatting changes. Sometimes I can't upload a PDF without having to compress it.
It would be nice to have a template function, whereby those regular committies we have, we could have a template available and just copy/paste/change dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Board Intelligence deals with most of the challenges that we encountered with our board meetings.
On the administrator’s side, it means we don’t have to rely on email chains anymore to put the board packs together and distribute them to our directors. The agenda feature is also quite clever and a big time-saver.

Board Intelligence simplifies the whole Board Pack experience - from Agenda creation to pulling whole packs together. Nothing is forgotten! I love how simple it is to use, you can teach it how to use pretty much to anyone. The easy drag and dropping of files makes it quicker and more efficient to send out reports and packs. I am rating the new improvements to the app and website - especially now that you do not have to press the enter key for it to save. I have been at the business for about 2years and being it my first job, it has been really easy to implement BI into my general tasks and using almost as a library to acknowledge all we have done over time, it is really easy to pull out packs instead of using our normal method of file searching on File Explorer. We are currently having an Audit Trail and BI has been of extreme help pulling information out and providing to our Auditors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would appreciate if there was a way that the paper titles were longer than 40 characters - I know it feels impossible to fit it all onto the bookcase cover, but if something even increasing a few more characters would mean that they are easier to find considering if we have multiple reports to send out in a day; often we will have to shorten down words for them all to fit, i.e calling Reports "Rpts" and they are going out to the NEDs. Creating agendas is very easy and is attuned to how clerks and committe secretaries would build agendas in accordance with best practice. It saves you the time it used to take to add attachments to emails if you did not have a board software system. It is unfussy and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A minor quibble but the numbering of sub items by BI does cause some confusion. You get there in the end but you're never quite sure how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To date, I cannot think of anything except to say perhaps that compared to other products in the market, it may have fewer capabilities. But it is a board portal, and as a board portal compared to other products out there, it is the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and easy to make changes. Gone are the long nights working late trying to produce a single pdf document to send via email. Now I have discovered how to use the signature function which will save time and effort for me and all my Board members.
