It’s great to hear that you’re finding the platform user friendly and that the setup process has been smooth from the start. We’re also especially pleased that our team has been supportive and responsive, its certainly something we put a lot of emphasis on, so it’s wonderful to see that reflected in your experience.

We appreciate your comments around users access, at present we have a wide range of access levels that grant varying controls on the platform however as we release future features the ability to give users more flexibility and control is something we will continue to review.

On the file upload side, our system does handle a variety of different formats as well as allowing the use of hyperlinks to any additional media that may be required, that said your suggestion about supporting additional formats like MP4 is interesting. If you have any specific use cases in mind for how you’d want to use video or other file types, we’d love to hear more a. it would really help inform how we think about future improvements in this area.
