The ease of creating agendas, drag and dropping documents into the portal, moving order of items and amending dates/times etc. It's easy to create/duplicate packs, move between shelves, everything is just so clear and set out well. No flag exists for an administrator when notes are added to the Planning section of an agenda item.

It can sometimes be quite slow when uploading big packs, the new permissions per paper is going to be very useful.
