What do you like best about BMC Helix Discovery?
BMC Discovery is very easy to set up compares to its competitors and it has really user friendly and intuitive interface. It identifies the changes in software and hardware components really quickly. Very little effort is required after set up initial set up. Also, the integration with BMC CMDB is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?
It sure is a bit expensive that its competitors. Also Data storage capacity could be improved. 2TB might not be suitable for big companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Licencing, add-on prices, The coding part, Charts availability. Disk Storage is less. There's a room for improvement there. Also, whenever a new software comes, the support to that is minimal. Apart from this, I believe its perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BMC Helix Discovery?
I like the way the BMC allows you to track the CI's with no hassles and the reporting features. The user interface is definitely a plus. We were surprised to see how easy it is to setup , configure it and and maintain it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?
Cost!! Its way more expensive. The add-on licencing and I believe that you guys should focus of customer support to the new softwares. With these exceptions, I would say its a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
