What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?

I like Bluwave CRM because it keeps everything related to managing our Clients in one place,such as data, and records.

Our Company through Bluwave CRM is able to target different Customers based on their activities .

Bluwave CRM helps our Company to maintain data that is free from errors,It helps in organizing data which can be interpreted easily.

What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?

Bluewave CRM saves all Customers information including email in one place for future reference.

As a Salesperson Bluewave CRM is very helpful when doing follow ups to our Clients,from the first call to the end of that sale everything is tracked and saved through it.

Bluewave CRM enables us to know what our salesperson are up to.To avoid miscommunication and wastage of resources.

Through Bluwave CRM we are able to market through our emails by sending our catalogues to different people at one.

The only downside is that you cannot be able to customize your dashboard .

like Bluewave CRM because you run it off plan without any technical issue.

Bluewave CRM has very useful features that can help you in creating a quotation ,how to prepare it and how much it costs, in one place efficiently.

Through Bluwave CRM you are able to manage your sales team ,all the information is recorded and what they have been into .

Bluewave helps you in getting all customers information and what they like ,with this knowledge you are able to serve them better.

Employees are maximizing their potentials because tasks are tracked individually ,and they are able to regard what is important.

What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?

The user interface and the features that come with Bluwave CRM are somewhat limited. It does require a bit of time for users or those who are less tech savvy to get accustomed to it. Once you do its not smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluwave CRM?

It does not provide scalability as some of the larger CRMs out. The platform is not well suited for sales because finding information for transactions is difficult at times. What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?

Using bluwave, we setup proper follow ups with the client, right from first call to final call everything is being tracked and managed via it. It is very easy to use and the support team has also helped us well with the onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
