In addition to what I mentioned above, one thing that stands out about the Blueprint team is the time they invest in their candidates. This isn't necessarily tied to a formal process, but also outside. They take pride and passion in upskilling candidates (through group sessions, training and resources), especially career switchers who want to uplevel their knowledge base and skills so they (candidates) can make informed decisions based on strengths and weaknesses. Off the top of my head, there isn't anything I dislike. Blueprint helped carry my company through one of the toughest hiring times we had ever experienced. We had just lost our internal recruiters, the Great Resignation was in full swing, and our company was growing like crazy. Combined, this created a considerable number of requisitions that we had to figure out how to manage and fill, but no internal recruiting team to help. Fortunately, we quickly got two amazing agencies on board to help us through that time - Blueprint being one of them. There are a lot of basics that we commonly overlook. Chuck helps those taking this course go back to basics and build a solid foundation. I was able to be a part of the Blueprint Expansion workshop. In two sessions, I was able to gain the necessary vocabulary and terminology to be ready for my interviews. The sessions are small and very participatory. The second session was invaluable because we were able to list companies that we were interviewing with and Chuck was able to help us articulate specific skills and ideas to apply directly to our interviews. Chuck is very kind and approachable. He has a lot of experience recruiting in the Sales and CS worlds and will give you great insight into how best to show recruiters and employers how your current skills transfer to a specific position.
