Blueprint helped carry my company through one of the toughest hiring times we had ever experienced. We had just lost our internal recruiters, the Great Resignation was in full swing, and our company was growing like crazy. Combined, this created a considerable number of requisitions that we had to figure out how to manage and fill, but no internal recruiting team to help. Fortunately, we quickly got two amazing agencies on board to help us through that time - Blueprint being one of them. I can't begin to describe what a HUGE help they were and how truly amazing they are. The leaders at Blueprint are so fantastic to work with. They are efficient, hardworking, friendly, accommodating, and excellent at what they do. Given their past sales experience, they know how to close candidates. They see the importance of filling jobs quickly but with the right people, and they have been able to strike that balance wonderfully for us. I have zero complaints about Blueprint, other than I wish we could continue to utilize them as much as we did last year. We have our internal recruiting team built back up at this point (who are fabulous!), but we are fortunately still able to use Blueprint for some specialty Sales roles. The team brings a lot of experience to the table that is complemented by their intuition, work ethic, and networks. This makes them very dynamic with a lot of value to add beyond sourcing. In roles where we knew what we were looking for they brought a lot of qualified candidates to the table quickly. In roles where we didn't quite know exactly what we needed, they were a very thoughtful partner who helped us map out what we needed. Not much - they did exactly what they said they would do. I never like having to pay for recruiting, but thats the world they live in.
