**What do you like best about blueEHR?**

The thing that i like the most about this EHR system is the fact that it is completely malleable and customizable to all the extent. I mean, you can bend it in ways that one cannot imagine. Also they provide a very big language database.
Another thing is that the software is completely API integrated. Also the most important part is that it cost at least 10 times cheaper than any other EHR system with some of these features.

**What do you dislike about blueEHR?**

There is not many things that I dislike. There is of course something in my concern. They definitely need to keep up with time. Also they need to be 24/7. of course they provide a a very good support team. But they need to be there 24/7.`

**Recommendations to others considering blueEHR:**

Well, I would recommend this product to anyone struggling with their workflow in the healthcare segment. This product is a true Health IT product. Great service, Great support, High Performance, High Quality, customizability, and low cost are some of the highlights of this software and i think this is what everyone in the healthcare segment are looking for right now.

**What problems is blueEHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had a very rough patch with managing the prescriptions and follow ups. Assigning staff nurse in the consultation etc. And also the revenue management was something we were very bad at. And all these have been solved pretty much easily. Also with the help of their billing service, everything seems very easy.
