as per my usage of bluebeam i havent found any downsides using Bluebeam Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don’t like about Bluebeam is that sometimes the documents turn blank while my markups remain on the page. I don’t lose the work, but it’s frustrating to have to transfer everything again.
