I am able to get both high level and detailed aggregate data across a large time frame. The Comparison ability is currently unmatched in all the monitoring products I have tested. The service and data captured is amazing, but the customer service provided by the Blue Triangle team is second to none. They make us feel like the most important customer every time we talk, and they genuinely want us to succeed. There is very little that we dislike from the Blue Triangle service. Being forced to nitpick, I'll say that there are a few UI aspects of the site that are tricky to use. The data in the platform is incredibly detailed to show performance of our site for both synthetic and real user monitoring, in addition to our business and revenue opportunities. In addition to the data, we have custom alerts set up to identify any anomalies in performance so if there is an error we are able to quickly identify the impact and work on a resolution.
