What do you dislike about Blue Triangle?

Blue Triangle provides contextual performance details, it lacks certain analytical depth. It does not have session recordings or user behavior heat maps, both of which would come as beneficial when wanting to pinpoint user difficulties at a detailed level at length. What do you like best about Blue Triangle?

Blue Triangle captures resource level data from real user's browsers on every interaction with our sites. Unprecedented governance and control over third party tags in real time.

Helps target trouble areas of the site by combining business metrics like conversion rate with page load metrics for valuable insights we would not normally have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blue Triangle?

Requires a 3rd party tag on every page to report back users browser data. Also, it would be great to have access to Blue Triangle data directly in a data warehouse to integrate with Tableau instead of API calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blue Triangle's toolset is robust, beyond just real-user monitoring. Hence, any opportunity to use tool-tips, provide overviews, and best practices within the UI would be beneficial. What do you like best about Blue Triangle?

I am able to get both high level and detailed aggregate data across a large time frame. The Comparison ability is currently unmatched in all the monitoring products I have tested. Development and marketing teams are very responsive to issues and feature requests I bring up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blue Triangle?

Currently have not implemented synthetic Time To Interactive. Comparison chart hard to read / present due to sorting based on change percentage instead of by actual time shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service and data captured is amazing, but the customer service provided by the Blue Triangle team is second to none. They make us feel like the most important customer every time we talk, and they genuinely want us to succeed. What do you dislike about Blue Triangle?

There is very little that we dislike from the Blue Triangle service. Being forced to nitpick, I'll say that there are a few UI aspects of the site that are tricky to use. What do you like best about Blue Triangle?

The data in the platform is incredibly detailed to show performance of our site for both synthetic and real user monitoring, in addition to our business and revenue opportunities. In addition to the data, we have custom alerts set up to identify any anomalies in performance so if there is an error we are able to quickly identify the impact and work on a resolution.

The BTT team has also been great to work with as they regularly identify areas for opportunity in the platform and have provided our team with insights that we have been able to pass along to our team and 3rd party partners to make optimizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blue Triangle?

One of the features we don't have the ability to use yet, which is available in other tools/applications our team uses is the ability to compare multiple date ranges for an analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
