**What do you like best about Blue?**

What I liked most about Blue is its intuitive design that simplifies project management while offering powerful features like real-time updates and customizable dashboards. These tools have significantly enhanced our team’s collaboration and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to fully explore and utilize all of its advanced features.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blue has been a game-changer for our team. Its user-friendly interface and powerful features have made project management and communication smoother and more efficient. We particularly love the real-time updates and customizable dashboards, which keep everyone aligned and on track. Switching to Blue has significantly boosted our productivity and has allowed us to focus more on creative work rather than getting bogged down in the logistics. It’s a tool that truly adapts to our needs and has become essential to our workflow.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Accessibility of the app is great.You can open it on your browser tab, install it on PC / MAC, iPhone. It integrates well with Google Calendar, and it has all "bells and whistles" when it comes to notifications and reminders. The developers are extremely responsive and helpful and there are steady monthly improvements.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Ever so often, between sessions, I get logged out automatically and I have to sign-in by using OTP (sent on my email). I gues this makes it more secure, however there is a room for improvement (implementing facial recognition on an iPhone, for one).

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Blue declutters your agenda, but streamlining the tasks.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Blue stands out for its incredible flexibility in task management. The platform allows for highly detailed task creation with fields like descriptions, links, dates, checklists, and more. The various views—kanban boards, lists, calendars, timelines, and maps—make it easy to manage projects in a way that suits my workflow. Additionally, the inclusion of rich text wikis, documents, and file storage options goes beyond simple task management, providing a comprehensive solution for managing both structured and unstructured data

Sometimes the platform can glitch on refresh or other UI elements.

Great detail in task management. Can store a lot of structured and unstructured data.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Blue is a great product for managing projects and teams, making it easy to keep tabs on projects (and teams) big and small.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Honestly, the only thing I dislike about Blue is the login process. I'd rather use a password than a bunch of OTPs, but that's a pretty minor inconvenience!

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blue helps me and my team work together smoothly, sharing files, projects, updates, etc.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Its versatil, adaptable and easy to use. I bought for a personal project and just loved it, now I am trying to had my team switch from Asana to Blue

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

No comments, it had adapted to my needs so far and had used for almost a year

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep track of the projects I am managing as a frelancer. I can easily let my clients know about the status of their projects, since I used my projects move faster and comunicating with clients is easier.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

There are several aspects of Bloo software that users often find beneficial. Here are some of the commonly appreciated features: User-Friendly Interface, Task and Project Management, Collaboration and Communication, Customizability and Flexibility, Integration and Accessibility

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

I think a few limitations need improvement, like; Pricing Structure, Customer Support, Limited Feature Set, Customization Constraints and Learning Curve etc. After that, it would be a perfect tool.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloo solves the problems of disorganized task management, lack of clarity, and inefficient communication. It streamlines task assignment, tracking, and collaboration, providing a centralized platform for teams to manage projects effectively. Bloo enhances productivity with improved visibility and facilitated touch and ensures projects are completed efficiently.

I have used Bloo to manage my daily action items and am very happy with the tool. Bloo also has many in-built features that support in Project Management.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

I have used Bloo for my personal and business use. I can say that the tool is incredible and there is nothing not to like about it!

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Bloo for project management at work. The facilities it provides are fantastic! It allows to manage and create SOP templates, set to-dos and whatnot.  These in-built features support Project Management.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

I found Bloo to be very user friendly, even for those who aren't software-savvy. It allows teams to streamline and organize their work efficiently and doesn't require much training.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

I used Bloo for a couple of projects and didn't find much to complain about. Sometimes I found it to be slow but that was fairly infrequent. Otherwise I can't think of any real negatives.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloo helped me organize everything for a project in one place, streamling it and making everything more efficient from the get-go. I had previously used a number of different platforms to do the things that Bloo is capable of.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Blue/bloo is super easy to use. I started using it  to keep track of all my to-dos, so a personal project management. Then I started using it to manage all my business operating todos. Then I started building SOP on Blue as templates, so now I can outsource lots of business processes using Blue. Then recently, I started building estimates using Blue (pre-project), and I learned it has different view from Kanban/card view and started exploring MORE options using Blue. (Oh I also use Blue as a soft-CRM.)

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Duplicating a card in board view should be easier. Like a small button when you hover over it and BAM it copies itself. Now I have to open the card, click the dot dot dot, then hit duplicate. 3 clicks for a super repetitive and common thing.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and most critical is Bloo keeps me organized in an extremely simple and pleasing way. I get more things done in shorter time, offload all the "I gotta remember do this and that" thoughts into Bloo, so I'm less stressful. Oh did I mention they have a super good app too that compliments Bloo on desktop? Thanks Bloo.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

It's fun. It's colourful. It can also be in night mode to save my eyes. Most importantly, I rely on blue to keep my marketing projects and operations to-dos organized. Otherwise, I'd totally lose my sanity.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Blue gets updated quite often, and I've seen it transformed from a basic kanban-board to so many stuff that's beyond my comprehension in a good way. Now I need to learn all the new stuff it's implemented to make my organization tasks more efficient.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep different clients' to-dos, goals, projects as readable and organized.
I get to put it all on blue, and offload all the constant reminder if I've missed anything from my head. 
It's a stress/braincell saver, while moving my business and my clients' busienss forward.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Very easy to onboard clients. You can customize your project to adapt to any needs, and make automation and forms to have an effective project that makes business easy. It is my everyday tool, and I really enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

You can make lots of things with Blue. For now, the webhook system is not working to make tasks with other solutions ( there is an API but that is for dev people) , it is on roadmap so it is just a question of time.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I use Blue, my project times as being reduced by 30%, and the best thing is that makes communication very effective (I don't use email anymore for working on projects and that is a huge gain of time !)

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Pretty easy to understand and cost-effective software.
Highly useful in importing complex data from excel and planning new projects
Efficient alternative to manual project management activity
Pretty decent storage space
Technical failures are rare
Very easy to navigate through the tool
Its an end to end solution for Project management professionals

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Need to work on making connectivity between different teams,tools and projects easier
Some minor updates also required to avoid technical errors that arise frequesntly
Lack of training/reference material  (Proper training videos need to be created and circulated within the users to create more awareness/ease of use)

Go for it if you want to experience the efficient and modern age project management strategy.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

Bloo's user interface is extremely easy to use and very flexible. I also really like that there are lots of templates for different project types. Bloo also has desktop apps (though they are not native and implemented as a progressive web app)

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

I would like to see more integrations, specifically integrations with automation tools (ex. Zapier and Integromat/Make), integrations with source control tools like (ex. GitHub and BitBucket) and integrations with help desk tools (ex. HelpWise) and roadmap and feature request tools (ex. Frill).

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Bloo to manage the tasks associated with the various projects that I am working on such as software development, documentation, blog content, and general todo lists.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

I like the all-in-one aspect, the ability to client manage, talk to my team with conversations in projects instead of spreading out across emails, files all in one space, and the ability to group projects separately on their own 'boards.'

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

I'm not too fond of the slow speeds it takes to load, even with limited files and information in the space. I dislike when I turn a 'space' into a template, that the files, checklist, and many of the details don't save to the 'board.' That is what I NEED to template over to the next space.

**Recommendations to others considering Blue:**

It is going to take some time to implement and really get into it. Baby steps to start.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating with outsourced teams, creating and executing SOPs, and generally trying to replace Trello. I really love the way I can see it being used to streamline my day, but the way templates don't carry all information over; all the training and how-to stuff over, kills it for me.

**What do you like best about Blue?**

The tool is very affordable and offers several different means for you and your team to be productive. It's very similar to Trello, but with more options for free than Trello's free version, as of this writing.

**What do you dislike about Blue?**

Honestly, it's very slow and my team struggled to adjust to it. Also, the interface took some time to get used to and made it a struggle to use. It has potential, but just needs some tweaks.

**What problems is Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the lack of organization in some of our business processes while also making it easy to access right from your computer without needing to use a web browser. It's very easy to access in that regard.

Its intuitive, the ui is fantastic and it feels modern

It could do with a cheaper tier that supports non corporate teams

It helps put eveyone and everything in one place instead of ten different places. I'm definitely more productive with this.
