At times, the layout feels a bit too plain or text-heavy. I also noticed that if content isn’t regularly updated, it becomes hard to know which post is most accurate or recent. What do you like best about Bloomfire?

As an administrator, being able to ensure that the SOPs and Job Aides that my collegues are accessing are the correct source of truth has been transformative in ensuring that the correct workflows are being followed and reducing errors. The interface is very intuitive and the ability to see when the document has been updated helps provide ease in knowing that the document gets updated on a regular basis. There are plenty of research being done in the org and finding a common place where everyone gets to access these works is a problem. Bloomfire solves this problem by being the center and on-stop where everyone gets to store their work, and allow others to come and access them. Its a great platform as a knowledge base for me.
