**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

It is a more streamlined and efficient way to onboard new team members by offering structured courses and walkthroughs. I typically use Bloomfire to get up to speed with the job functions that my colleagues aren't as familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

I have not yet identified any areas of significant improvement, however think it could be beneficial to add an updated categorization for different verticals (e.g. separating instructional videos by the type of content.)

I primarily use Bloomfire to learn about software that I did not use in my previous job. It helps organize resources about a particular subject so that it is easy to view/digest them all at once.

The information provided through Bloomberg, helps me find impactful insights into the industries that we prospect. I love how easy it is to use and how confident I am in my sales, thanks to the information provided through Bloomberg.

I haven't experienced any disadvantages with Bloomberg, as of yet. I keep it in my bookmarks and can browse through with ease. I wouldn't mind seeing a longer list of industry types.

I would recommend using your Bloomberg tool before each call to enable your full potential.

As with any form of technology, some limitations may exist. Whether that may be everyday hiccups (scheduled or unscheduled outages due to maintenance/problem solving) or specific resources cannot be implemented virtually as of yet, as technology evolves, so does our ability to utilize these resources with fewer issues.

When considering the advantages of incorporating Bloomfire into your virtual workforce, I can assure you it will significantly and positively impact your ability to achieve your goals and bottom-line results effectively. Bloomfire helps me identify the best solutions to assist our customers daily, with any issues they may experience. Bloomfire's AskJH is the primary tool I utilize, and as this tool is continually updated, I can perfect my resourcefulness to identify known issues, processes, tax/hardware/software guidance, and address daily announcements/releases, to effectively resolve customers' requests and problems.

The interface. Bloomfire greatly resembles Google or Reddit. You can find what you need easily in a clean and organized matter. It's not like other company archive systems where you're bombarded with huge chunks of texts.

1. There should also be a night mode. 2. I'm not sure if it's on my end, but sometimes the search bar doesn't give the correct output. 3.

Bloomfire is like Wikipedia but only focused on your company. It's safe, easy to use, and dependable for information.

As a graphic designer, I often check Bloomfire to view the branding guidelines for Cardinal Path. I also visit it when I have questions regarding OpenAir, since there is a manual available. 3. The site is a little too heavy to load.

We use bloomfire to upload content that relates to my department and I do not have to see unrelated content

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

We need better formatting tools, widgets, etc. Spacing between sentence, bullet spacing between bullets, too much white space. When content is pasted by "Clean or Keep" spacing is off, content is stripped of formating, and font styles are inconsisent.

Bloomfire is solving have a central resource for up-to-date content vs. digging in the share drives, etc.

Bloomfire is very user-friendly. I also like that the colors are not too harsh to the eyes. I can also see the things I need quickly because of the sidebar.

I wish there was an option to change the size of icons or posts in general. That way, I can see more content in one screen rather than scrolling again and again.

I love how easy it is to navigate through the system and find information-Along by providing key points and additional info -Other apps are difficult to search But not Bloomfire! Recommend using it for the workplace. I love how all the recent updates are on the front page-

The only thing I would say needs improvement is having to go back to the menu page when starting over and if that is fixed everything would be perfect- Providing more verbiage would be helpful

When I need in-depth information on a product the easy bookmarks are convenient and easy accessible.  I'm a lot more productive when It's busy and I need the info fast. Everything is just a tap away.

The ease of use. Great platform. Bloomfire is literally the Holy Grail of specified questions and answers. It's fast, faster than any other platform I've used. BONUS: there aren't any annoying pop-up ads! Just help when you need it the most, 24/7.

I honestly have no negative feedback, I've never had any issues logging in, or finding much-needed content.

I work in the Insurance Industry,(Life, Accident, Health). With Insurance, it is a constant changing benefit that helps people. Bloomfire helps me and helps everyone I work with stay up to date with changes that are a constant factor. When I have a ?, instead of calling my Supervisor or interrupting my peers; I consult Bloomfire. It's been and will continue to be a lifesaver. Time is money, and Bloomfire is gold.

We strongly recommend using Bloomfire for Knowledge Management.  The ease of managing documents, organizing series to group lessons, or procedures in sequential order. This has simplified our onboarding process and seeing reductions in our onboarding time.

The Notification was an issue, but are working around the issue.  This is minor compared to gain of Knowledge utilization with our staff.

The AI search technology makes it super easy for our users to find exactly what they are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

It isn't as easy to customize the pictures and formatting for each post based on personal preference. The templates that are provided to have pictures added to posts are helpful yet limited in creativity. Also, with the size of our corporation and the multiple lines of business, it would be nice to be able to use the Search function for one particular group vs having to search the entire community, then having to filter the search results based on category.

Being able to search in Bloomfire is amazing. We can store all of our educational resources there and know that if someone is looking for something, they'll be able to find it. It's also very fast.

I don't really care for the emails I receive about the new posts.

We no longer need to store all of our information in a shared drive or Excel sheet that runs super slow as you add more and more. We now have a site that is always updated in real-time, and you can even ask and answer questions right there on the post instead of a private chat that no one else can see.

The best thing about bloom fire is that it is easy to use and I have not run into any situations that are not detailed in Bloomfire.

The least helpful issue with Bloomfire is when pulling up the needed material, it is not displayed in a "full page" view. I found myself having to use the scroll bar to slide the page over to review the information I researched for.

I was able to handle a caller who had been towed, I had no idea what to do for the customer until I searched Bloomfire. I was also able to find out the steps on how to handle a caller whose card had been damaged at the parking location. The main benefit I noticed with Bloomfire is that if you take your time and search in detail for steps, processes, or needed information for a spot hero customer...it's there!! This is all so beneficial because you can reduce your call time by not waiting on someone to answer you in "SLACK" because you can easily locate the information you need. I find that Bloomfire is also very beneficial because it is ALWAYS there for one to review or look up any information you are not clear on or maybe needing more knowledge of.

- Quick response of the app
- Pretty accurate with the proper keywords
- The possibility to further organize by topics and use as the source of truth for your team.

The google chrome add-on can be further improved. From time to time, gets unresponsive, which forces me to use the full app in the browser. 
Not a biggie, but usually, you're working on a document or reviewing a site and you'd like to search for something using the sidebar. Ensuring the reliability of the toolbar / add-on will make feel the user experience smoother and less "disruptive" by having to change between tabs.

**Recommendations to others considering Bloomfire:**

Seva is a no-brainer. It will help you find the right documents that you may have scattered around in all the different services you may use. Using topics to have documents stored in google docs and in confluence, for instance, is a huge advantage that will help you avoid spending time looking up for that final version of a spreadsheet.

The ability to create a wiki-like internal resource that has many features to create sub groups/hubs for different internal teams/categories while also allowed for tiered permissioning settings for posts.

**What do you like best about Bloomfire?**

One of the features that our agents get the most value out of (and is a huge time-saver) is the plug-in. As we are always looking to cut down on the number of tabs, windows, and platforms that agents must toggle between when speaking with a customer, the plugin overlay has made a huge difference in agent KB use and sentiment. On the admin end, I like the simplicity of it. I was purposefully looking for a software that wasn't trying to do too many things, especially things that I didn't need or would distract our agents - I wanted was a knowledge mangement system that focused on being a knowledge management system. And as a lean team, it was crucial that I was able to leverage technology to my advantage, so the AI component has been really helpful in maximizing the limited time I'm able to put into the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bloomfire?**

The text editor can sometimes be a bit finicky, and the table creation and image insertion tools could be improved.

**What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous to Talla, we were using our CRM's built-in knowledge management system. It was difficult to administer and even more difficult for our agents to navigate. This led our contact centers to develop and circulate their own knowledge documents, which certainly caused a lot of issues stemming from general misinformation. Having Talla has helped us to bring our globally dispersed contact centers together with more information (and more accurate information) regardless of their location or function, which in turn has helped us get necessary info to our customers faster and with more accuracy.
