Bloomerang is the most intuitive system I have used for fundraising. I love how customizable it is, it makes me feel so much ownership over my product and like I was a subject matter expert in no time! Even when I do have a question or am trying to figure out the best way to run a report, the chat feature has been easy to use and so helpful! I can't recommend Bloomerang enough! Our previous CRM and donor management system were not intuitive and always felt like fitting a square peg in a round hole. Since working with Bloomerang, we were able to really make the system our own and ensuring that the data we're getting back through reporting is consistent. It has been a game changer!
