**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

What I like best about Bloomerang CRM is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes it easy to manage donor information, track interactions, and run reports all in one place. The constituent timelines and dashboards provide a clear view of giving history and engagement, which helps our team better understand and steward our donors. I also appreciate the strong reporting capabilities and responsive customer support, which make it easier to get the data we need and resolve questions quickly for our Engagement team.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

New Donor automations do not account for household giving history, so individual donors may be flagged as “new” even if the household has been giving for many years, requiring manual review. Journey Automations rely on the “Relationship Manager” field, which required us to migrate data from a custom field to ensure proper assignment. Journey Automations currently work only with static Groups, not dynamic Groups, which makes it more difficult to manage groups that update frequently (such as recurring donors). Duplicate accounts can be created from online donations through Fundraising if donor information (email, name, etc.) does not exactly match the original record using Fundraising suggestion matching logic. When our recurring donors migrated from GivingFuel to Bloomerang we were not aware that they would not be able to sign up for a bloomerang online account to manager their giving account online. For them to do so, they have to cancel their gift and re-sign up again to create a new account which is inconvenient for our long time donors.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomerang CRM helps us centralize donor information, track giving history, and manage donor engagement in one platform. It makes it easier to see a complete picture of each donor, including their gifts, interactions, and communication history. This improves our ability to steward donors effectively, run reports for leadership, and ensure donors receive timely acknowledgments and follow-ups. Overall, it helps our team stay organized and build stronger relationships with our donors.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I love how easy it is to onboard, implement, learn, and use. The design is straightforward and easy to follow, and the platform itself is organized in a very simple, intuitive way. In addition, Bloomerang now integrates with QGiv, along with Quickbooks, which makes keeping records much simpler. (Quickbooks can be mapped in either or both directions.)

Bloomerang also allows organizations to send out communications, track their progress, and automatically record any actions. More recently, Bloomerang has added a large amount of AI capabilities that look promising.

Customer support is pretty good with Bloomerang with usually a response time of 24-48 hours.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

Quickbooks works with multiple payment processors which can be confusing. In addition, I find that I usually have to clean data on occasion - nothing major but sometimes the integrations (due to how mapping occurs) can create duplicates.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomerang is putting all things fundraising into one easy to app - solicitation, communications, event planning, donor tracking, and goals.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I find Bloomerang CRM to be intuitive, even without formal training, which is great. It's user-friendly, and I can figure most things out on my own. I particularly like the ability to copy emails directly into the CRM. Managing relationships is important to me, and Bloomerang CRM helps by keeping track of details and communication with donors, which is key to building trust and growing relationships. I appreciate how uncomplicated the technology is, allowing me to move quickly. Compared to Blackbaud, which I've used in another organization, Bloomerang CRM is much more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

It would be helpful to have the ability to have more than one main contact, which is especially important for some businesses. I had some problems with accessibility as I use voice recognition software.

I use Bloomerang CRM for managing relationships and tasks, keeping donor records, and appreciating its user-friendly interface and ability to copy emails for maintaining trust and quick, uncomplicated technology.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

The system is user-friendly, with tools that are simple yet effective. The communication features available in the system help enrich and sustain our relationships with supporters and donors.  
Blomerang provides good and fast support to our users.   They also provide great help and documentation on using the syste, including videos and webinars.
Furthermore, they provide API access which enabled us to integrate the system with our Finance system as well as student information system.  We also use the Engagement Meter to identify at-risk donors and send personalized outreach

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

The system does not provide us with gradual user permissions. Compared with other systems, Bloomerang fails to offer user permissions for specific groups of constituents or for different tools.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I really appreciate how the trainings with Bloomerang CRM have been very helpful for emails and donor correspondence. The software is available to create appealing emails, which has been great. It also tracks our email open rates, so we can get an idea of what sort of content is helpful to our donors. I've used it to create Excel spreadsheets for mailings and to generate lists for other purposes. Also, I've recommended Bloomerang to friends and colleagues many times, and I'm likely to give it a ten for likelihood of sharing.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I'm still learning the program, so I'm not necessarily sure what could be improved. However, the initial setup was very lengthy, and I had a lot of information to type in.

Bloomerang CRM helps us organize donor information and donations in one place. It simplifies email creation and tracks open rates, showing us what content is helpful for donors.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I use Bloomerang CRM on a daily basis. The mobile app is super helpful when I'm out of my office meeting with donors. 
Bloomerang's intuitive dashboard allows me to quickly record interactions with our donors. The ability to attach a document (for example, my notes from conversations with donors) to a specific donor's profile is a huge plus. The timeline graphics allow a quick visual of individual donor's interactions with our organization. 
The "report" function is great for helping us with strategic planning and special project campaigns, since we can segment our communications with donors.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I wish the donor timeline were more compact, so I don't have to scroll down for the full picture of interactions.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I really like that Bloomerang CRM integrates with Bloomerang Fundraising QuickGive and QuickBooks. It works with a lot of the existing platforms that we use.  It's great that you are able to integrate directly without using a third party, just by using an API key. This helps keep the data organized and flowing in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

The one issue that I do have, but that it's easily managed with very little time investment is that sometimes transactions will come through, and create duplicates as opposed to identifying organizations as being the same or individuals as being the same. So the CRM setup did take a lot of work on the front end. We had to not only clean and source and gather a lot of our data from current Excel spreadsheets. We also had to make sure that the mappings were correct and that the transactions, you know, were accurate and entered in the way that we wanted them to be entered in the future. It did take a few months.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bloomerang CRM to solve the problem of tracking interactions, including logging phone calls, emails, video calls, and managing donations, pledges, or payments from donors.

Bloomerang is a simple to use platform that makes it seamless to navigate data management. Their support team is always quickly responsive and very helpful. Additionally, this platform listens to its users and its continuously releasing features that are top requested to improve the user experience. Our team uses Bloomerang everyday for all of our needs and the since the start of the implementation it has been wonderful and easy or user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

There are features that are not customizable just yet like the email communication feature that could use some more templates for make it easier to customize designs. Another is the feature for donor surveys, kindful, receipting, etc.

A recent problem Bloomerang solved is releasing the feature to apply third party donations to pledges. This has helped manage and keep our pledges more organized.

Bloomerang CRM has helped us work more efficiently and streamline communication between our nonprofit organization and our 175 dedicated volunteers. The support team is consistently available when we need troubleshooting help, and the features are user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I’ve run into issues when trying to insert YouTube links into an email, and I ended up having to create a workaround to get it to work.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with our volunteers is essential, and Bloomerang helps us do that through a seamless platform. I also use the Bloomerang Volunteer software, and together they provide an efficient, straightforward way to connect with the people we need to reach and share our message. It doesn’t feel like a bulky system, which I really appreciate. As I’ve learned more of the features, I’ve found the analytics especially helpful.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang is really easy to use no matter your skill level with technology. Our organization has several different authorized users who are able to get in  and either document donations or manage customer relationships. It has enormous capacity and we probably only utilize half of what we could be doing with it. The data syncs with both our website and with Quickbooks Online so it makes the finances seamless as well.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

The ONLY thing I would change is, I wish we could go back to previous gifts and "copy" them to keep all settings the same for a new one with a new date.

Bloomerang is making it very easy for those handling the financial minutia AND those handling the big picture health of the organization to get the data they need and foster growing relationship with our community.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang is an easy to use software, with amazing customer support, and an outstanding implementation team. They were with me every step of the way while we transitioned from Blackbaud's Rasiers Edge. I really appreciate their free training sessions, webinars, and numerous other resources. As a school, the ability to integrate our SIS with Bloomerang via their open API was critical. The API documentation was robust and our developer was able to integrate the two with ease.

Bloomerang also hosts an annual conference called GivCon. If you are a fundraiser, not just a Bloomerang user, you need to attend! There are so many incredible presenters it was hard to choose between the sessions and I walked away with so many wonderful ideas that I was able to implement when I returned to the office. Not only that, but I also made some great contacts and learned about the amazing work others are doing all over the country. This is a must attend event!

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

There have been several minor things about Bloomerang that I wished existed but because they have a way to collect user feedback and care about their customers, those issues have been fixed within the past year!

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a few hangups with the integration between their fundraising software and their auction software as you have to manually setup the integration. They are slowly improving the integration of these two features and even released a SSO experience recently. Thank you Bloomerang!

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I love having so many points of donor and volunteer engagement under one roof. I also really appreciate how responsive and genuinely helpful the AI + Human being admin support process is. The onboarding and permanent learning and support sections are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it has been and continues to be a steep learning curve to be able to integrate the filtering hierarchies for communication, layering in the donor management processes, and so forth. The good part is that everything is much more adaptable to our needs. The challenge is that I need to learn how to make that work for us.

Donor communication and followup is the biggest help.

All of our donor information, event information, and tracking in one spot.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

Reports are not intuitive.

You cannot import a PDF for something like a newsletter. The system is NOT meant to be a graphics program and is very frustrating.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our donors used to be on a giant spreadsheet and did not track how much was donated or when, or what events people attended. Half our donor info was in that spreadsheet and then accounting had the other half. It was a nightmare. This year we have raised over $500,000 because we have all that info in one place. We can run mail and email campaigns-- we can do our newsletter directly from the same system.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I find Bloomerang CRM fairly easy to use even though it took a little bit to get used to the interface, but once you understand it, it's fairly consistent. I certainly like the fact that I can email directly from it and also track interactions with my donors, which is one of the pluses. It has a lot of good features. The dashboard helps create quick looks at things, and I definitely like being able to email directly from it versus using a third-party email program. This includes both individual emails and different kinds of group emails with segmented emails.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

As great as an email system is, the letter system is not good. When you wanna create an actual printed type letter, that's quite a bit more of a nightmare in terms of how that interface works. And it's very, very difficult to place graphics, quite a bit of a challenge sometimes to get the right correct kind of output. Like, if you're using a windowed envelope kind of a thing, getting the address and the exact right spot. A lot more difficult with letters. The letter section, portion of Bloomerang definitely needs to be improved.

I use Bloomerang CRM to keep track of donor history and donations, enabling better engagement and projection of giving patterns. It simplifies managing donor relationships compared to using spreadsheets or paper.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang makes finding information easy, and the Journey Automation is extremely helpful. I like that you have easy access to helpful information if you are learning how to use it. We also like the easy format of creating forms and using those online, and the option for donors to pay for the processing fee, which is one big reason we moved over to Bloomerang Fundraising. The customer support is also very good and quick to respond. We have been using Bloomerang CRM for many years, and it is a great product. Would recommend to a colleague.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I don't really have anything I dislike about Bloomerang. I am still learning it but it is easy to learn and the more I use it, the more I like it. If I have a question or an issue, customer support is quick to respond.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I use Bloomerang CRM for managing our donor database at my non-profit. I appreciate the seamless integration from donor payments to tracking through the donor forms connection. The reporting function is my favorite; it's helpful to tally our standing in the fiscal year, share progress with Board members, and identify areas for improvement with real data. I have reports that automatically send to groups weekly or monthly, saving me the effort of manually running and sending recurring status reports. I like that I can run reports on almost anything in the database to compare this year with previous years and that I can add custom categories to track in reports. The customization and detail of the reports allow me to tell a narrative. Additionally, we use Bloomerang Fundraising and love its compatibility with Bloomerang CRM.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I think the email feature could be a little more robust, so its designs are as customizable as the reporting functions. Also, many times donors do not receive our emails due to filters on mass emails. I wish that could be improved so the emails actually get into people's inboxes instead of getting stuck in spam.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I use Bloomerang CRM for all donor management and the fundraising pages for our team's efforts. It's very user-friendly, which is crucial since development is a single-person operation and things have to be done quickly. I like how entering donations is simple and the support staff is excellent and readily available. The program integration is useful, as I need to integrate with HubSpot for emails to easily see what appeals my donors have received. Bloomerang's constituent setup makes it easy to create new donors, add gifts, and edit profiles. The initial setup was relatively easy because Bloomerang did most of the work.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

Householding is not often easy and somewhat confusing. It is awkward for email exports to HubSpot with different emails for the same household.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

I really love Bloomerang. It's really robust and has a lot of features. It's very user friendly when you're just getting started, but as you use it more and learn it, it's even better. I can make a report for my Executive Director in a snap. I love the new Journey Automations. We're only using the one for new donors now, but I'm sure we'll add more in the future.

It also integrates really well with other things. Until recently, we were using Mailchimp, and the emails from there would merge into Bloomerang without me having to do anything.

I use Bloomerang every day.

Because it's so robust, it can take a while to learn all of the features.

Keeping everything in one hub. We can do our email sign ups right into Bloomerang. Our event registrations sync right up, along with our donations. It's nice to not have to go through a different payment system and manually put all of the donations into the CRM.

I have used Bloomerang for over 2 years, and it has simplified sending letters to our donors.  Building better relationships.  All the information is in one place from contact information to giving history.  Reports are also only a click away.

Bloomerang automtically creates a new account for each person even if a spouse is aleady in the system.  It is easy enough to merge the accounts, but a little cumbersome.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

What I like most is the intuitive nature of Bloomerang. 

Every new job usually requires you to learn a new software, especially in the non-profit world. Learning how to effectively use Bloomerang was fairly simple and straight forward. With very little training (because there just wasn't enough time), I was able to operate the CRM and effectively provide information to our board, report to our donors, track our grant requests, and follow our plan towards meeting our goals.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

My least favorite thing is Bloomerang's process of iteration. 

Much of the coding is functional, but I would really like it if we were able to restrict selections of what appeals are available, as they are coded to different campaigns. For example, when I select "Grants" or "Annual Campaign" under campaigns, it would be great if not all the Appeals were possible selections. It would help ensure that we don't make mistakes inputting gifts. Restricting Appeals to specific Campaigns and specific Campaigns to individual Funds would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloomerang helps us stay up-to-date with our donor Thank You's, tracking our donor prospects, tracking donor interactions and connections, and managing our grants.  Being able to use the  custom fields really helps us hone in on information that is important to the foundation.

My favorite feature is the help widget and online support. The support team is knowledgeable and helpful. They respond quickly and provide accurate answers, which makes the system easier to use.

There are limits in the integration with Kindful for online giving. Bloomerang now offers an upgraded module that addresses many of these issues. The upgrade can be added to our existing contract, though our organization has not chosen to add it yet.

It's not user-friendly, and there are tons of training requirements. Data migration and onboarding was a nightmare and the memberships didn't actually work the way that we needed. The CRM and the donation form are not actually integrated and require a lot of manual setup. It was extremely time-intensive, manual, and overall very frustrating.

You know how some software feels like a headache to figure out? Bloomerang isn’t like that at all. From the moment I started using it, it just clicked. It’s easy, intuitive, and keeps my donor records organized. The reporting tools are a lifesaver — they help me quickly see how we’re doing and share our progress with the team and donors. Honestly, it takes the stress out of donor management so I can focus on what I love most: connecting with people and supporting our mission. When I have an issue, which is rarely, their customer support is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I wish Bloomerang's built-in email tool would more easily allow me to resend emails to donors who didn't respond to the first one.

Keeping track of multiple donors, their giving history, communication preferences, and engagement levels can get overwhelming. Bloomerang centralizes all this data in one place, making it easy to manage and update. Keeping donors engaged over time can be a challenge. I love the charts and ease of creating reports. All the information is at my finger tips and simple to access in  ways that are creative and easy to understand. Also, the customer support is excellent. From phone calls to the chat feature, I am always treated professionally and with kindness and my questions are answered quickly and clearly.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I wish it were easier to build a customized report. I feel like it takes some time, and workaround, to get a report to be specific. For example, I can easily pull a report of donors with recurring gifts.. but what about donors who give monthly but aren't set up as recurring? I should be able to easily add those specific details to the report. Instead, I have to spend valuable time figuring out a way to adjust a report to be what I need.

It is helping us track monthly donors so that we can be more intentional about communication and inspiring them to continue connecting with, and giving to, our mission.

We made the switch to Bloomerang almost 2 years ago and it was such a good decision. Bloomerang is an easy to use platform that is chock full of tools. I'm able to easily create email appeals, newsletters, and reports. We also tapped into Qgiv for our Peer To Peer event each spring and Qgiv has made the event easier to manage and more successful. As a donor database, I love the dashboard that identifies new donors, lapsed donors, and donors at risk, as well as year by year comparisons (by month) and snapshots of major events that we've had in the year. Bloomerang is ALMOST a one stop shop for us, and being a team of 1, that is priceless for our agency!

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

I love Bloomerang, but wish we could create donation pages that aren't tied to other "arms" like Kindful or Qgiv.

Love the ability to easily customize and creating a simple report is pretty straight forward, especially with the templates that are provided.  Customer support is responsive and most of the time easy to follow the instructions.  And I appreciate how easy it is to integrate with other platforms like Double the Donation and Qgiv.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

While I like the reporting features, there are some features in the db that I cannot directly pull into a report. Also, I'd like to receive consistent updates when there are bugs or issues.  I don't feel that I get these updates consistently.  It would also be great to be able to know which team member updates an account, not only the profile page, but on just about any page on the timeline (transactions, interactions, notes).

Automated reports.  There seems to be an issue (bug) with some of the automated reports, but I have had issues with automations running consistently.  We have quite a few reports that are automated and going to various team members.

Bloomerang understands the importance of building relationships and assists with this process by providing opportunity to record every interaction, from phone calls, thank yous, emails (from Bloomerang), direct mail (from Bloomerang) and more. It's far more intuitive than the typical database that collects contact and contribution information. It understands the donor cycle, allows for custom constituent fields, and is very easy to learn and use. There are also really good features for mass imports of constituents, timeline interactions (e.g., everyone who attended an event or received a newsletter), or even transactions.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

There is a great space for making suggestions for improvements, and in my case, my suggestions are for ease in use, not functionality. For example, we follow best practices and create separate acknowledgment letters based on the appeal, which over our many years of using Bloomerang means we have a lot of letters. Currently, there is no way to deactivate or archive old letters. Again, that is a minor issue compared to overall functionality.

Bloomerang is very intuitive and easy to use and learn. It also has a really robust volunteer and communication program. The customer service is also very helpful and responsive and always willing to answer questions and share issues with the development team. They also have a lot of resources on learning the platform and different features. There is a good balance of things that are built in and things available to be customized. I also really appreciate the reporting capabilities and ease of use.

The one thing I dislike is the limitation to move donors through moves management and make it visible within the platform. I would still highly recommend, but we have to use a separate system to denote is a donor is in cultivation, stewardship, identification, etc. It would be nice to be able to have that info visible on a profile quick glance and be able to manage a specific portfolio more easily.

Bloomerang is very user-friendly and the developers have ensured ease of use. It is not overwhelming to look at and easy to navigate. It integrates easily with our other platforms. Customer support has been helpful when I have required it.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

It is not very customizable. There are a lot of different features and actions but they are restrictive in what you can do within those features. The search option is very finnicky and will sometimes offer results if typos included in search and other times not pull up unless the full name is typed out. Emails cannot be edited before sent out, and must create an entirely new email if you need to send a slightly different message from previously sent out templates. Those are my main complaints. Wish the home dashboard was more customizable also.

Digitizing donor information, ability to sort/categorize donor pools, track different types of funding and designation of funds. Automated tax receipts and communications, automated reporting and pulling numbers to implement new fundraising strategies. **What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang has a simple, clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for those who use it less frequently (BOD members) to quickly access information (and has a decent mobile app for on-the-go access). At the same time, it has powerful reporting capabilities with access to all fields from (almost) all report types and a great ability to roll up information. Since switching to Bloomerang we have cut our need to export and process data in Excel to about 1/4 of the time previously required. The main driving factor of our switch was Bloomerang's handling of households (we have many households where we directly interact with multiple members but we want to see overall combined activity and giving). Households can also include organizations, so accounts such as donor advised funds or IRAs can be included in the household, eliminating the need for kludgy use of soft credits and allowing proper automated acknowledgment processing. Customer support is still very responsive (although seems less so than when we started using the product and seems to be multi-tasking more often) and often investigates issues offline if they are more complicated (although, again, support seems less knowledgable than when we first started). The support ticket and request system has become almost unusable with a switch they made a year or two ago. Letter and email editing and management is built in, and while not as powerful as Word or MailChimp/Constant Contact, allow fairly easy creation of decent looking layouts. You can generate a template-based letter but then edit it (in program) before printing; that ability is NOT currently available for emails. All generated letters and emails are saved in the constituent timeline. Bloomerang integrates (somewhat clumsily but successfully) with Zapier, allowing us to automate our in-kind (food donation) processing - to better capture the data and send thank yous to donors in a more timely manner. Bloomerang has a decent task system for assigning todo items to Bloomerang users to assure follow-up thank you calls and letters are handled appropriately. Bloomerang has purchased other products since we started using it. They are slowly integrating the systems, and some of the integration is clunky. We use Qgiv for many of our forms now (they are much better than Boomerang's built in forms) and gala event. It is a little frustrating that there are significant additional charges for these "add-ons" when some of the functionality should be in the base product (but was poorly implemented in Bloomerang).

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

Things to improve:
1. Better integration of Qgiv functionality, particularly in relation to constituent management and acknowledgements.
2. Conditional content in letters and emails. We have to create multiple versions of our acknowledgement letters to handle tributes (the tribute fields SHOULD resolve this as implemented, but will generate additional blank spaces if they have no content), DAF and IRA donations, and other cases. We update our letters and emails at least yearly, and have different acknowledgements for other campaigns so our number of emails and letters is out of control.
3. Report folders - this was implemented since we started using the product, but was done poorly and does not make it much easier to find reports, particularly for those that do not use the system frequently. Furthermore, all report editors can edit all reports (and you must save a report before exporting) making it easy for reports to be accidentally changed. Letters also either need folders or the ability to deactivate old letters (we use naming that will force the older version to the bottom of the list, but this is again clunky). 
4. Poor handling of company accounts with multiple contacts (organizations are just treated as a special case of an individual). Custom fields are used across all account types, so individual-specific fields clutter up the organization account views and vice versus (simply making the sections collapsible would help).
5. Email tracking is very limited, with no roll up of information per constituent, no link tracking beyond the top 4, and no automated information added to constituent timelines. 
6. Grant support is not included and their suggested system of tracking through Notes is very clunky.
7. Support ticket system is HORRIBLE after a recent switch. The feature request section is also awful (number of votes is limited, hard to find items) and it seems the they do NOT pay much attention to it (items sit in review mode for months to then be pushed to "not a priority"). While the system does roll out changes fairly frequently, the choice of the new/modified features does not always seem well-thought through and at times the changes seem to be negative for our use case. This is particularly frustrating when the costs of using the product keep going up fairly significantly (including a 1% increase in payment processing since we started).

Bloomerang has provided better organization of our constituent and donor data, and, combined with better reporting, has allowed us to go beyond simply capturing the information and issuing acknowledgments; we are now beginning to truly analyze the data, see trends, and hopefully improve our fundraising and our donor experience.

The upside is that Bloomerang is constantly improving. The downside is I must then stay up to date. Im not a daily user so staying up to speed is sometimes a challenge.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been a user for over a decade. We stick with Bloomerang because we feel they listen and desire to constantly improve the user's experience. This is certainly true from my perspective.

**What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang is the perfect balance of robust, but user friendly. As a small shop, it's important that we don't spend too much time having to update/clean up our database each day & Bloomerang makes that easy. We LOVE how Bloomerang is always introducing more features and how users have the ability to vote on features they want.

The whole process is very simple & customer support is always super helpful. Overall, we are very happy with Bloomerang!

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

Bloomerang does lack some features that bigger CRM's have, however, a lot of those bigger CRM's require someone trained to manage them. Are there things we wish Bloomerang did, yes... but does that make us want to switch, absolutely not.

**What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Bloomerang has acquired tools like QGiv, they have really become a one-stop shop. We use Bloomerang for every aspect of our fundraising.

The Dashboard, which gives a quick view of our organization's fundraising highlights.

**What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?**

The lack of keyboard shortcuts that would allow me to quickly tab through to the fields I need. I lose time moving my hand between the keyboard and the mouse when entering new donations (we still receive lots of paper checks.)

Recognizing our donors is faster, easier, and more organized.
