The main disadvantage of Bloomberg Vault software is that all of its features are very limited and vary wildly use in market. Another problem about Bloomberg Vault software is that it also has limited choice to different template design and this is very expensive, but it is very user friendly and also efficient software. It is sometimes difficult to identify a specific company when there are multiple search results with the same name but this system cannot response and it cannot work at the one platform in multiple files.
