**What do you like best about Bloom Intelligence?**

What I like best about Bloom Intelligence is that it brings the entire guest journey together in one platform. Most restaurant tools solve one problem. Bloom connects guest data, email marketing, automations, reputation management, retention, and reporting into a system that actually helps operators make better decisions.

The platform saves a massive amount of time while also giving real visibility into guest behavior and ROI. Instead of guessing what marketing is working, we can track retention, repeat visitation, campaign performance, and guest engagement in a meaningful way.

I also like that Bloom was built specifically for restaurants. The workflows, automations, and reporting make sense operationally, which is rare in restaurant tech.

Another major advantage is how Bloom is adapting to the future of search and guest discovery. Traditional SEO is changing quickly, and Bloom understands the importance of AI search visibility, reviews, authority, and digital consistency across platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

For us, Bloom has become less of a marketing tool and more of an operating system for guest intelligence and retention.

**What do you dislike about Bloom Intelligence?**

Like most robust platforms, there is a learning curve because Bloom does so much. Restaurants that are not used to working with guest data, automations, or retention marketing may initially feel overwhelmed by the amount of information and capabilities available.
I also think many operators underutilize the platform at first because they only focus on email marketing and do not realize how much value exists in guest segmentation, reputation management, automations, tracking, and retention strategy.
That said, Bloom’s team has consistently improved the platform over the years, added new functionality, and adapted quickly to changes in restaurant marketing and AI-driven search behavior. Once the system is properly implemented, the long-term value far outweighs the initial onboarding curve.

**What problems is Bloom Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom Intelligence solves one of the biggest problems in the restaurant industry: operators have guest data everywhere, but very few systems to organize it, use it effectively, or turn it into long-term revenue.

Before Bloom, most of our marketing decisions were reactive. Guest data lived across POS systems, reservation platforms, WiFi, review sites, and spreadsheets. There was very little visibility into retention, repeat visitation, campaign ROI, or guest lifetime value.

Bloom centralized all of that.

The platform helps us collect and organize guest data, automate marketing, recover lost guests, manage reputation, and track guest behavior across multiple concepts. Instead of relying only on paid ads or third-party apps, we can now build direct relationships with guests and market to them intelligently over time.

The benefit has been massive operational efficiency and better long-term growth.

We save significant time through automations and centralized reporting. We have better visibility into what marketing efforts are driving revenue. We can segment guests based on behavior and create more targeted campaigns. Most importantly, we can focus on guest retention and increasing lifetime value instead of constantly chasing new customers.

A great example is what we are currently doing with a restaurant group that has multiple concepts, including a coffee brand serving over 3,000 guests a week. Before Bloom, there was almost no meaningful guest data collection, cross-marketing, or retention tracking in place. Bloom is helping us turn those guest interactions into a connected ecosystem that supports all of the brands together.

As is often the case with new and continually evolving software, there are occasional glitches, and I believe it could be enhanced with more features and a better user experience. However, these issues do not prevent me from recommending it.

Not knowing and being able to re-market to a huge majority of our guests. Managing, monitoring and benchmarking guest satisfaction across our units and all digital review platforms. Automating email marketing for improved brand experience and communications.

Bloom Intelligence has been a game-changer for Fork Hospitality, offering exceptional value with its powerful customer data platform, marketing automation, and reputation management tools. The customer data features give us valuable insights into guest behavior, allowing for more targeted and effective marketing strategies.

The marketing automation tool has saved us time and improved engagement by streamlining our communications with customers, from promotions to follow-ups. Their reputation management tools have been instrumental in monitoring and responding to online reviews, helping us maintain a positive image.

What stands out the most is the quick and supportive customer service. Ana and Pal have been fantastic, offering fast and helpful responses via chat whenever we have questions or need assistance.

We started working with Bloom Intelligence nearly two years ago to enhance our guests' Wifi experience in eleven restaurants. In addition to achieving that goal,  Bloom offers so much more in terms of their customer data platform, marketing automation, and reputation management. They have replaced our review management software and email marketing platform thus saving us both time and money, and their customer service is unparalleled. I highly recommend Bloom Intelligence.

I like how it gives us a look in on guest sentiment, how it shows what they're talking about our facility online. It's all about positive interactions and reputation.

The more integrations the better! Being able to integrate with online ordering and point of sale systems in order to collect customer data as well as allow customers to use Bloom offers more cohesively across our brand would be really great.

In this modern world, it's more important to retain a customer rather than loosing business, Blook intelligence solves this problem by their adaptive and predictive model studio, which can help us find the churn rate and we can design our model accordingly to retrieve our customers.

Data base storage is the most difficult task to handle, when we have a large chuck of data, it gets difficult to manage and obtain results out of it, integration with other external tools might help achieve this performance
