4.5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like being able to keep resources and links to other company materials all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

Being a company that is predominately frontline workers there is a cohort of people who either do not use the service, find it difficult to keep up with technology or simply find "apps" useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helping to unify where materials and resources can be found. It also helps highlight the great work happening on the ground that other teams, states, and even those across the Tasman might not otherwise see. Having a centralised space for recognition and shout-outs from my People Team, as well as across frontline and operations staff, has been really valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Bailey,

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink - really appreciate you taking the time!

It's great to hear that the platform has been useful for consolidating digital resources.

Blink is purpose-built for the frontline, and we often hit upwards of 90% adoption across frontline teams through a tailored implementation approach. If you're interested to hear more or want to workshop ways of activating the frontline then feel free to reach me on email: tom.s@joinblink.com

Thanks again for the review!

I like that Blink is easy to use and innovative. I can open it both on my phone and on the computer, and I enjoy that it is updated in real time. I also appreciate that the initial setup process of Blink is user-friendly and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Keeping Teams Informed"
4/5
What do you like best about Blink?

It's such a great way to keep my team informed of what is going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

Notifications don’t always seem to work reliably for people. Also, when I make a post and mark it as urgent, I can’t edit it after it’s posted if I notice a typo. One more thing: urgent posts should default to allowing everyone to reply, rather than the opposite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed software that my team could use to connect. It's helped a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Team Connectivity with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like using Blink for its group features, which help us categorize team members and specific projects. The required reading post notifications are really useful because they let managers know if team members have seen important posts. The chat feature is also great for allowing team members to connect privately. The initial setup of Blink was easy, which made the transition smooth for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

I would like it to have more of a social media feel like Facebook Workplace used to have. I feel like it would be more user-friendly. I don’t like when you post you have to pick so many options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Blink to keep our team connected across the country. It solves our connectivity and community issues with features like chat for private connections, required post notifications to ensure visibility, and groups to categorize team members and projects. "Interesting way to connect with teams!"
4/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like that Blink seems easy to use, kind of replicating social media. I use Blink to connect with colleagues, and it helps us update tasks and share the latest updates about clients with the team. I found the setup pretty easy when I joined the team. I also like using the small filter button, which was really helpful once I found it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

I can't pin chat room, group posts, or pin a specific chat in a chat room — even with admin access, which would help manage the flow of many ongoing chats. The filter button for finding past posts is really helpful but a bit hidden, so I wish it was more visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Blink to connect with colleagues, update tasks, and share client updates. It feels like social media and is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Communication and Secure Features for Hotel Operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I find Blink very helpful in hotel operations. I like that we can communicate directly with other users without needing to save numbers. The feed and post options, as well as the chat group option, are convenient like in other applications. It's secure for chatting and provides valuable information about our hotel and other hotels, acting like a notice board. The initial setup presented no challenges; it was easy to make groups and chat directly with others. Blink provides a fast way for communication, making operations-related chat more effective.
