"Essential Tool for Seamless Workforce Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I love how easy Blink is to use. It really allows employees to engage on a platform that they are comfortable with and can easily navigate. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the customer service support at Blink took us through all of the steps to onboard our employees within minutes. The platform provides employees access to company information, and I love all the features it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

The one part I wish Blink would update is who can edit a post. Right now, the only person who can update a post is the person who created it. I would love to see anybody in an administrator role being able to edit that post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Blink to communicate with over 500 frontline workers who don't have email. It's a one-stop shop for them to stay informed about service advisories, corporate news, and other updates, keeping everyone in the know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blink?

Blink gives us an easy way to segment our users into audiences for optimal targeting and communications distribution. The UI makes it easy to use, and it integrates perfectly with our internal systems. Our ROI goes beyond financial impact, and we've seen a boost to our internal community as a result. The team that supported us throughout the setup has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective for Remote and Diverse Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I love how the Blink interface is easy to learn and use, making it feel familiar like other social media options but way more robust. It's great that there are easy ways to filter messages and find documents, which is crucial since we don't have a physical office space. Plus, it's just fun to use! I also appreciate the many integration options, even though we only use it mainly with Google Workspace and Google Calendar. The initial setup was very easy, and Blink offers a lot of videos and support to help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

There is currently a glitch where if a message appears on my locked screen on my phone, when I tap the message, it sometimes just opens the app rather than going to the specific message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blink provides centralized communication for our team across continents, reducing email floods. It offers targeted communication between staff, teams, and leadership, making it easy to find documents and share announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Communication, Needs Enhanced Poll Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like that Blink allows our field employees to talk to our office staff on a leisurely basis. It lets them communicate when it's a good time for them, not necessarily when it's convenient for someone else. Private messaging and contacts make it easy for our employees to communicate, and the translation feature is especially useful since many of our employees are not native English speakers. This helps ensure that everyone can communicate easily and everything is communicated clearly. I also enjoyed how easy Blink was to use; it felt familiar and kept everybody up to date, which was crucial during the COVID time when we couldn't be in the office together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

I would like more features on the polls or surveys. I feel there's a lot that stops you from getting exactly what you need. It's very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blink lets us communicate with field employees without disruptive calls, offering leisurely, flexible messaging. The translation feature helps staff communicate clearly despite language barriers. It kept us connected during COVID, so we continued using it for easy updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Leslie,

Thank you very much for leaving a review of Blink.

It's great to hear how the platform has empowered your field staff to take ownership of their own time and colleague communication at work, particularly during trickier times like COVID.

I'll forward your poll feedback to the team, you can also read our help-desk article on polls here: https://helpdesk.joinblink.com/en/articles/10111360-a-user-guide-to-polls-on-blink

Hope that might be helpful, and thanks again for the review!

"Efficient Communication Tool for Large Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like using Blink mainly for work and communicating with staff on a regular basis. It helps me engage with the staff, allowing them to send me issues anytime, which I can resolve quickly, saving the time they'd spend waiting to see me. I appreciate how Blink uses AI to make my messages look better, more professional or friendly, which is a very good addition. It personalizes messages and removes stress and mistakes. The user-friendly interface and appealing design make it enjoyable to use. I find the private messaging tool extremely valuable since it allows for confidential communication, and messages can be saved if the information is valuable. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I was impressed with how I could easily transfer from my phone to my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

Nothing really comes to mind possibly the function to copy and paste could be a bit easier at the moment. I’m using clip and snip tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Engaging Intranet with Vibrant UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I love that Blink is easy to use and resembles any other social media platform. It's colorful and fun, making it enjoyable to check for workplace updates. It's also easy on the back end, which adds to its user-friendliness. What makes it really valuable is that everyone is used to social media, so when we use a tool that looks like other tools people are familiar with, it eases adoption for the whole organization, whether they're tech-savvy or not. The bright and vibrant design adds to the fun and prevents it from feeling boring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

I really would love to see there be a calendar feature. I know they just recently added an events option, which is okay. But I think our organization would benefit from a calendar view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blink connects our dispersed workforce and serves as an intranet for sharing organizational updates. "Enhancing Internal Comms with Versatile Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

It's great how groups can be created for specific needs. The feed works nicely for recognizing achievements and sharing group-wide posts. The hub serves as a really well-laid-out and easily accessible information source. Blink's good look and feel, combined with having communication and important documents in one place, is a big plus. I also value that it allows the team to disconnect when they're not at work if they choose to. Additionally, the chat functionality and the ability to have its own app, alongside posting and hub functionalities, are better than our previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

Blink has improved significantly over the time we've used it. If you look at the chat functionality, it's still slightly behind WhatsApp. Though given it's a closed environment with us, we're accepting of that at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Blink for internal communications, creating specific groups, recognizing achievements, and sharing posts. It lays out accessible information and helps team communication through group and individual chats and posting onto the feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Communications with Stellar Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Blink?

I like how easy Blink is to use in collaboration with our other programs. Having single sign-on (SSO) to all our regularly used programs like SharePoint, our rostering systems, and even the uniform ordering portal makes it a one-stop shop for all our employees. The addition of Blink Live has greatly helped us with getting our critical communications out during shutdowns, allowing our crews to participate by asking questions and getting up-to-date answers wherever they are. The initial setup was super easy, and while we still use email and Teams, Blink has taken the lion's share of communications now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

We recently have visited the ideas on journeys and would like to customize one for birthdays which is not yet available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Blink for real-time communication, essential during train operations. Blink Live helps in shutdowns, enabling staff participation. Integrations with tools like SharePoint streamline tasks previously requiring admin assistance, reducing our back and forth, especially for night shift staff.
