Because it’s an out-of-the-box solution, it takes time to adjust to mission-critical requests. I was eventually able to accomplish most things, but it takes a lot to fit everything into that timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Polls is a big one for us, helps involve people with decisions. We used to have that feature with a different platform where we can do polls in the group chats not just as a post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
