Fast Communication to PCA in OK. Oklahoma is not currently on any of the Elara platforms so Blink is our one stop shop for communicating and pushing information to our PCA's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blink offers comprehensive documentation for developers, which is truly valuable. The flexibility and availability of their contacts are impressive. They know how to stay the course and guide us towards the best solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Correcting data can quickly become complicated if we opt to update users through importation. Restricting access to imported fields, even for superadmins, prolongs the correction process. However, this is understandable to maintain data integrity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blink has solved our issue of needing a separate login/password for each HR application, also enabling access to our apps for frontline workers, and digitizing HR functions. simplify and centralize various requests such as loans, advances, or certificates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

I wish that the CHAT and FEED was more user friendly. You should have more options such as font, color, graphics etc..There would be so much more that you could do with this feature. Also in the CHAT the auto fill does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
