But this didn't affect anything. The sales rep who first helped us put up the contract was very helpful, she handled everything and explained everything clearly. All we needed to do was sign the contract. The other contacts after her were all good; they all responded quicked, usually within several hours, and offered help as requested. We later added several translators to our team and made them kind of permanent for our tasks. It was a very convenient function of their system. One of the very important reasons for us to choose BLEND was that they responded to our inquiry email fast. Smooth communication is crucial, especially there is a time difference.
