Top Rated BLAZE Retail Alternatives
Blaze has quite a few great features including numerous reports, dashboard analytics, loyalty points, marketing, and SMS built into their platform, and has a solid sync to Metrc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of weird little bugs. They do have a support chat where you can send these in, and they do actually attempt to help you though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The People are phenominal and are always trying to help with issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The POS itself is terrible. There are always glitches and mistakes happening. With no way to keep track of these issues( Besides seeing them in person) it creates terrible trust issues with the program itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing in the Blaze retails as such which user have to dislike. Yea there can be one thing it takes time to load the users data and order page if there are plenty of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are willing to work with anyone/subcontractor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They want us (a NYS retail dispensary) to double check their receipts to make sure they comply with the OCM regulations. It really doesn't seem like they know what's going on in the NYS cannabis industry at all & I'm worried about having to double check all items received from Blaze to make sure we are not breaking any OCM rules.
Their hardware is expensive (even with the 2 years of free service deal they offered to CAURD holders to keep up with Dutchie). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previous management had decided to switch to this platform from IndicaOnline. When I came on board the first change I made was to get rid of both and switch over to Meadow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inventory allowed packages to be oversold which constantly brought a negative threshold onto our Metrc account. I prefer a POS system that you can actively track inventory in and complete cycle counts in real time. Having to enter a zero in every package that has ever been accepted through the store is tedious & time consuming. The customer service takes weeks to get back to you with answers. I am happy we switched POS systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
