The care and focus they have for each client, their willingness to review, research, and better protect the organization. This product and associated services have become an integrated part of our security stack. We make more recommendations involving this product and organization, not just to "check a box" but to actually recommend something that will help that client grow. For organizations that require this product to operate, they recieve something that executive management can actually get some sleep at night knowing that they are protected. For organizations that were not aware of the abilities of cybersecurity products such as Blackpoint to help move them forward or even secure new business, this is an investment in current and future growth. With so many different reasons for having this product, many organizations are beginning to see the benefit in these changing times. We have used this product for brand new clients as well as handling incident response and zero-day threats. A quick deployment to any/all machines and near-instantaneous response. There is very little to dislike about the organization. Great Organization with many great products that take time to develop, and that's a good thing. Time. It's the most crucial statistic in a cyber attack. It's what we all wish we had more of. "If we had caught the bad guys sooner" "If I had only had more time to isolate those endpoints. " Time is always the difference between and successful ransomware attack and one that is stopped before it could ever begin. That is where Blackpoint Cyber early detection point in the cyber kill chain sets them apart. Detecting network enumeration and lateral spread attempts before an attacker can ever get a foothold in your network. 24x7 live threat hunting gives me and my customers peace of mind. We can't say enough about Blackpoint Cyber's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and their managed SOC services. They are on the ball with their real-time threat detection and their SOC's matching response to threats. They have detected and alerted to matters where others have failed. The abiltiy for them see and stop the spread of a bad guy is simply amazing. They have helped us idenifty a source of a virus point of entry as well. They are always there when you call them too... Each person I have talked in any area has been exteremtly helpful. They don't have the mind set that "this is not not job". When one person didn't have the answer, they got the answer and let me know without having to call them asking about it again. Totally followed through. and Jamie, well... she is just a rockstar.... Office 365 pricing requires the Snap Agent. Wish could have that as a stand alone product... Need more ganular control on the Admin portal. Need to be able to have a tech level see/add cleints without seeing costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blackpoint Cyber gives me great peace of mind and an added layer of defense against cybercriminals. The fact that behavior is being monitored 24x7 with a qualified team of security experts allows me to focus on customer care. When something does come up, the team is able to take quick action to isolate the behavior and prevent additional harm.

Additionally, their integrations with multiple antivirus solutions, along with their recent introduction of log monitoring, provide a comprehensive security solution for a very reasonable cost.

I cannot speak highly enough about the relationship that we have with Blackpoint Cyber. They have assisted us with marketing materials, co-hosted a webinar with us, and are highly responsive. During a recent incident, the team went above and beyond my expectations to help isolate the issue and prevent further harm to other systems.
