The solution is extremely powerful yet extremely simplistic to deploy. As a pre-sales architect, I appreciate how easy the process is from standing up a trial, deploying it for my customers, then converting these trials to a paid subscription. I have not come across any other vendors that make it this easy!

I wouldn't say I really "dislike" anything about the product. One of my big "Wish List" items is the ability to monitor Google Workspace. At least in our neck of the woods, Google Workspace is becoming more and more prevalent and it would be nice to have a tool that addresses this attack surface as well. BlackPoint is amazing. Not only do they have a very robust solution but the support and attention are amazing. The pricing is perfect for us. You can customize what threats they handle for you or what you want to be notified about.
They are a huge help in the audit/proposal phase. We met with our rep and an engineer before a proposal meeting and they went over all of the security issues they were able to identify after an initial scan/review of the prospect environment. We had a robust conversation that helped us understand the risks so we could effectively communicate that to the end client.
They also have marketing materials you can brand including the branded monthly reports. I highly recommend them. They are by far my favorite partner currently to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could use more video tutorials for support to show how to deploy the tool, audits, etc. The tools are great but at times I'm not sure how or where to use the information. Written documents are not my first choice when looking for a training tool. I like to see exactly where and how to do the steps. Very visual/hands on. The interface is simple enough that a presentation to the client is easy, the visual heads-up helps define more than just the security product, it provides an almost tactile experience that the client can use to begin to understand concepts that are becoming increasingly important for non-technical people to have a grasp on. I would like to see more integrations, which isn't to say I don't enjoy writing out XML plugins, but as of right now the most convenient thing for me to have in my life would be integrated ticket generation and resolution in Kaseya BMS and VSA. I can get this done a bit by using the email parsing module, but even a limited auto-response "feedback loop" between the two systems would generate an awful lot of unnecessary traffic and correspondence that would need to be stored. The onboarding process is fast, easy and the sales team is responsive. It's very easy to add clients and manage licenses. The reports are also easy to get and nice-looking for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The SOC is non-responsive to requests for additional information regarding reported incidents. The annual contracts are restrictive and not suitable for the MSP model. Live monitoring with a real US-based SOC. The support is top-notch and the customer service is fantastic. We leverage the Snap agent and 365 defense product. We haven't found much to compare since most rely on monitoring an AV solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Providing excellent services to my clients tops my list of favorite things, and Blackpoint Cyber shares this philosophy. Support is very responsive, and the MDR is top-notch. It's simple to set up, and even easier to sell. Every client I've onboarded has been overjoyed to add this to their stack, and the sales margin is good. Their co-branded marketing tools let us hit the ground running. Blackpoint's credentials sell themselves, and my clients are happy to have a secure network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little to dislike! But if I had to choose something I think could be better, the reporting leaves a bit to be desired. It's filled with a lot of extra stuff that increases the time needed to see the actual data.
