What do you like best about BlackLine Financial Close Management?

What do you dislike about BlackLine Financial Close Management?

I would prefer to see more APIs and a better integration with Yardi in general. However, customizable API would definitely be a step in the right direction. Also looking forward to seeing AI being deployed throughout to make tedious tasks more managable than they already are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
