It was very easy to get set up in, and the initial intro/onboarding call was very insightful and they cared about what I was working on and building, and really understanding how I intended to use Tango. The first round I sent through of certificates needed to be approved, which only happens on weekdays. I ordered Friday, and it was approved and sent through Monday morning. This isn't a huge deal, and just means I need to plan ahead better...it was almost my first send with them at the time, so that could also be why it needed approval.
