Value of benefit for cost. Strong combination of software economies of scale and cost efficiency but with human access, involvement and advice - initiated from Blackfog side - I don't have to remember to reach out to them. They are reviewing and updating me on what they see at regular interval or if something specific comes up. i'm very happy overall. since your survey requires input here, one thing that would be nice is being able to change the computer ID within the portal while still preserving the actual ID on machine. This way I could quickly, at least on the Blackfog dashboard, label the machines and what user is assigned versus having to reference outside data or go to each machine and rename it.
