Blackboard Ultra is really intuitive and user friendly for the newer generation. Students have enjoyed using and have not needed much instruction to use the system well. It also adjusted to the screen size making it easier to use in tablets and smartphones. As a faculty user, I really enjoy the grade center and the ability to view all assignments for a specific student. We have never had issues with support, and they usually answer in a timely manner. Not having a subject line in Blackboard messages and having a long thread instead of an individual email with a subject line, is annoying. I dare you, Blackboard geniuses to try it with your work email and your clients so you feel what faculty feel. I wonder what made you remove the subject line? How does that bother you.
