There are places to express your voice and from there they implement changes to their product based on new new ideas, concerns, or changes for improvement. While major components work extremely well, some minor items could be improved, including: setting up the gradebook to have extra credit, slowness experienced with test that have large question sets, and not being able to use a Word file to import a rubric or test.
