Great all in one business app. While working outside of the office it is crucial to feel that what you are working on is secure. Using the BlackBerry Workspaces you have the upmost confidence that you are working in a very safe environment. It essentially is the best all in 1 business application! I honestly don't really dislike anything. Sometimes the WIFI is very slow, however that is not Blackberry's fault that is just where I am located . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dashboards are very nice. Monitoring stuffs are good to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Little complex to use the app dynamics.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to have email securely on my phone. It's easy to use and loads quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not able to copy from the app to other parts in my phone. Also, there are three apps, its just annoying to have so many apps for only really one to work for email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was very hesitant when my organization switched to BlackBerry Workspaces given how much use I get out of my work smartphone. However, after using it a few months, I can honestly say having one "platform" for all of my work is somewhat convenient especially if, like me, you're prone to forgetting passwords and the like because you can use one password across all aspects of the platform. My biggest compliant about BlackBerry Workspaces has been regarding file attachments. For instance, if you receive an e-mail with an attachment that you would like to view, after clicking to open the attachment, it kicks you out of the e-mail program and into the Enterprise platform "app" within BlackBerry Workspaces. From there, you can view the attachment without any difficulties and that's completely fine. However, if you need to either save the attachment onto your phone for viewing purposes later, or would like to forward the attachment via e-mail to another recipient, the platform will not allow you to do this and instead, you can only forward the original e-mail you received with the attachment included which you may not want to do if there is a e-mail chain included that the recipient does not need to be aware of. Lastly, I found updating the software to be quite buggy and has required me to delete and download the BlackBerry Workspaces application again on multiple occasions. It’s a functional mobile app system, great for email and with plenty of customizations possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven’t seen or used a chat function, which would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy access to my business mailbox whenever and wherever I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface doesn't look to much user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is not BlackBerry's mistake, it occasionally you need to manage questionable WiFi which reduces the process.Sometimes it requires time to integrate with the web server which can be bothersome. My e-mails do not show up or password does not alter up until a specific amount of time identified by just how hectic the web server is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I such as exactly how very easy it is to handle conferences as well as e-mails with various other coworkers et cetera of the team. While functioning beyond the workplace it is vital to really feel that what you are working with is protected. Utilizing the BlackBerry Workspaces you have the upmost self-confidence that you are operating in an extremely secure setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Features which I like:
1. The security of this app is really the best in the market and we can rely on this app for email protections
2. Sync feature of the app is fast and mails are delivered immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Following features I don't like about Blackberry Work:
1. Installation of this app is really a painful process and takes a lot of time and have to download additional app also for installation. Both the apps are huge is size
2. Many a times the app logs out automatically and still the sign of app is there in notification bar, however, there is no notifications for the email received as the app has actually logged out. Due to this problem, I have missed out important emails many a times
3. Unlocking feature of the app is not all good for Android. They introduced the fingerprint scan unlock feature very late.Still it keeps asking to type the password (this might be my company policy, but this policy makes no sense when the finger print scanner is active) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Functionality of multiple instances such as instance message and email part. This is very feasible when work from home phase or else being updated on small things happening in the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing like dislikes but the user interface of the application is very common as well as it should not be considered as the messaging app waiting for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and integration with on-prem and cloud service connectors Once setup, can be mostly hands off from a Senior Engineer perspective. Local Help Desks need only manage enrollment via AD groups and very little need to access the admin console. Self-Help further reduces the resource requirements of local help desks Highly customization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BlackBerry should implement features that tie into Exchange ActiveSync on a quicker schedule. High CPU/RAM needs for SQL and Core services.
