Overall it is a relatively easy to use platform. There are certain specific things that are annoying but overall good and has many useful features. The app generally loads things very quickly, for example even with a large amount of email which is common, the app will download and display all the emails quickly. There are certain annoying things with specific apps in the platform. For example in the email app, it seems impossible to copy an email address. This is an important feature and it should be easier to do this. I would also like to see more integrations with other platforms,specifically chat platforms like Microsoft Teams, slack, etc. for example. Companies are using these chat platforms more and more to replace email. Sometimes the platform is just generally slow as well. Sometimes large amounts of email can take a long time to load. This also varies based on the network connection of the device, sometimes on cellular data, emails can take longer to load. So much of this may not be related to the blackberry platform itself.
