What do you dislike about Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT?

The lack of customer service is absolutely atrocious. They do not respond to requests for help and if they do respond, they don't answer the question. The system is very cumbersome and they are charging us for things we don't use. We are a very small organization and they have taken advantage of us and are charging us a ridiculous amount of money. We had to sign up for other software system because they were so horrible with their support. So now we are paying for two systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
