What do you like best about BL.INK?

What I like best about BL.INK is how user-friendly it is to use and navigate. It provides the use with a quick and easy way to create short links and nQR codes and also provides link tracking and editing capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

I haven't found any downsides to using BL.INK in comparison to the previous link shorteners I was using. I started using BL.INK was part of my company's institutional licensing agreements and the transition was smooth and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BL.INK?

It's easy to use and you can create your own filters for categories/platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

If we use external links they're whitelisted so we always encounter errors and we need to write to the assistance.

We did a migration from another tool and it's difficult to find the old links.

It's hard to find the old link, thy are difficult to filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BL.INK?

For our use case, BL.INK has a nice feature of using dynamic links for different platforms, which are very easy to set up and use. The integrated analytic tool is an excellent feature for checking click rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

What we feel to be slightly clunky is the interface's initial loading. We often have to refresh the browser window a couple of times to get the full functionality working. The search and filter function could also be improved, not always providing the expected result, and we need to look for the search item manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Password gets reset every so often, which is very inconvenient. I also had to write up BL.INK support as my account got locked even after my password was reset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
