What do you like best about BL.INK?

What do you like best about BL.INK?

BL.INK offers flexible plans that work extremely well for our company's unique needs. It was also super easy to get up and running. Our sales rep Steve was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. Overall, BL.INK offered us what we needed at a much cheaper cost than their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

Only complaint is the lack of ability to track clicks past 15,000 for our selected plan. We could pay more for this though, so it is a solvable issue. Just wish it was included in the plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BL.INK?

BL.INK is an easy to use link shortener, tracker. It has all the features we need--at a price within our budget. That said, the best part about BL.INK has been the customer service experience setting up our account. We needed to move a decade worth of links to a new service quickly and BL.INK was the ONLY service that offered help with the set up process. I'm sold on their service. They are awesome! What do you dislike about BL.INK?

"Easy to use solution for creating vanity urls, making managing shared links so much easier"

What do you like best about BL.INK?

I like how the interface is simple and easy to navigate. I can generate a vanity url and get any related content/insights about this quickly and efficiently. This is way simplier than other solutions I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

Wish it was easier to manage collaboration of vanity urls over time. Specifically I have a challenge with adding users into our environment because this seems to be disabled by my organization so it's not a flaw of system itself but how my organization decided to manage license usage. What do you like best about BL.INK?

We are in a highly regulated industry, and finding a service that was able to meet or exceed our InfoSec security questions *as well as* provides easy-to-use features seemed like it was going to be a bit of a lost cause, but Bl.ink is a bit of a unicorn! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BL.INK?

Some more accessible inline help cues could flatten the more advanced learning curves. The platform is packed with great enterprise-level link management features, and it took me some time to understand how certain features, such as groups, worked. What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bl.ink allowed us to cease unapproved/3rd party tool usage by providing a superior, approved alternative. Consolidated shortlink analytics, risk mitigation for broken links in the wild and a component to our internal enablement/democratization of tech strategies are all problems Bl.ink is solving for.
