Bl.ink offers a number of extensions so that BL.ink can be connected to your already existing integration. The browser extensions are super helpful. One of the other things is data privacy and security. This solution has stringent control over data privacy and makes it the best solution for highly regulated customers. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** One of the main thing I have noticed is that there is no option to create a trial account. These URLs are very handy for marketing or printed materials, allowing customers to more easily access specific features of our website directly without having to type in or click on extended URLs. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Two factors affect our usage of BL.INK shortened URLs: (A) the pool of available shortened names is global, similar to how domain names work, meaning it's becoming more difficult to find a shortened URL that isn't already taken by other BL.INK customers, and (B) shortened URLs contribute negatively to spam scoring used by some major email providers, reducing our ability to use those URLs in notification emails. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** For certain programs and especially during public events, the shortened URLs allow customers to easily browse to specific pages of our website. Using a shortened URL that represents the event name makes it easy to share the URL via voice rather than having to spell out a long URL that can easily be mistyped. It's comparable to other competitors because these links are branded. I also like how easy it is to set up the links. With some services that I had used in the past it was kind of confusing to try and customize the shortened links and when I tried to look at online forums such as Reddit, Quora or even try to find YouTube videos there wasn't really a wide variety of information available. With BL.INK not only is there a plethora of information that guides you through the set up process, but I've also found that there are information outside of the site, as mentioned in the previous sentence, and that customer support is also available, friendly, and very knowledgable when it comes to answering any questions I had. Overall, I'd say that my experience with BL.INK has been great and I'd be willing to use it again in the future! **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** The only downside of BL.INK that I've come across so far is that compared to some other services the tracking of analytics for the links are lacking a little. The main improvements I can think of are to allow more details. Another downside of BL.INK that I've experienced is the price. Compared to the "big name" shorteners that have severe limits on the number of URL's, or the short link, or the access to reporting, BL.INK has allowances for all of that without a big subscription cost for a rational number of short links. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Occasionally, the short link redirects to an error page. The long URL web site is working correctly, but the short redirect seems broken temporarily.
