What do you like best about Bizzabo?

We had a generally positive experience with Bizzabo during the lead-up to our event. The team was extremely helpful during the preparation phase, providing solid support and guidance to ensure everything was in place. The platform itself is quite user-friendly, making it easy to set up all our registration details on the backend. Navigating the system and managing attendee information was smooth and efficient, which was a big plus for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

However, our experience onsite was less than ideal. We ran into some delays with setting up the registration area, and there were several challenges during the actual registration process. This led to some frustration and a less-than-smooth check-in experience for our attendees. While the pre-event support was top-notch, the onsite execution left a lot to be desired. What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Bizzabo allows our team to self proudce high waulity events with ease. It also provides solid registration and engagement data for us to understand the audience. There is also now a fewature for breakout sessions. lots of engagement options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

SSO integration user flow needs work, the venue access is a bit confusing, data reports can be challenging to understand, email builder & reports are a bit limiting, trend lines need to be requested instead of provdided. What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The platform is easy to use and intuitive, so you can click around and problem-solve. It has a good user interface for registering for events, and the look and feel can be adjusted to the needs of the specific event. Like you have multiple link pages within one event. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Bizzabo is user friendly and intuitive. Limited understanding of design is needed to create websites and emails. Importing of contacts is easy, and reporting is detailed. Customer support is great -- someone was always available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Bizzabo may not have all of the features as Cvent but we don't need all of those features for most of our campaigns. I also like that there isn't a limit of users within the account. It's a great technology for professionalizing simple events and versatile to use for microsites for conferences, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Product development has been slower than we thought it would be. They need to lean into their niche. We also want more options of what different priviledges each user has, right now they are not custom enough so we have to make lots of work arounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

We needed to step up our event platform and app to align with our growth and attendee expereince. Bizzabo is a easy to use and flexible solution for events compared to the other platforms we've used. From creating the right subscription that hits our usecase to ongoing support they've hit it out of the park. The main dashboard is easy to navigate and each event dashboard/portal is easy to follow during setup and management of the event. Integration with HubSpot will drive a lot of useful data. What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Bizzabo is an easy to use registration platform that makes creating tickets, promo codes, and managing reg data simple. The other features, such as: sponsor & speaker management and landing page creation are a huge plus that help streamline overall event tech stack. Their onsite offerings are also great, especailly their new Klik badges that streamline attendee tracking, networking, and sponsor lead retreival all in one. We use Bizzabo for events ranging from 20 - 1300+ attendees, interacting with the platform on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Their teams schedule a lot of calls to discuss upcoming events, often re-sharing the same information that's already been discussed. We've found that when we bring up more complex questions, they need to loop in additional team members.
