The landing page has quiet a few limitations in terms of the structure and templates available. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We hold many on-site events to mingle with our porspects and manage the event ourselves. For this, we need end to end event management tool. Bizzabo is exactly that - it helps us create landing pages, invite prospects, manage registrations, and manage on-site attendde mamangement. ### 2. I also like that there isn't a limit of users within the account. It's a great technology for professionalizing simple events and versatile to use for microsites for conferences, as well. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** Product development has been slower than we thought it would be. They need to lean into their niche. Bizzabo is a easy to use and flexible solution for events compared to the other platforms we've used. From creating the right subscription that hits our usecase to ongoing support they've hit it out of the park. The main dashboard is easy to navigate and each event dashboard/portal is easy to follow during setup and management of the event. Integration with HubSpot will drive a lot of useful data. Love how we can keep building on what we have to improve each event as the ROI grows. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** I haven't found any dislikes as each need has been easily met with success. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo solves our needs for an all-in-one event platform solution that's easy to use on all fronts, especially our end users. The ability to have a custom branded event app which is important for us as a industry leader in branding and experience. We needed a cohesive platform that can also support virutal events with a branded experience. For live events having a flexible system to handing registration, ticketing, attendee management was important for us and Bizzabo solves all of that which we weren't getting previously, and a reasonable cost. ### 4. The other features, such as: sponsor & speaker management and landing page creation are a huge plus that help streamline overall event tech stack. Their onsite offerings are also great, especailly their new Klik badges that streamline attendee tracking, networking, and sponsor lead retreival all in one. We use Bizzabo for events ranging from 20 - 1300+ attendees, interacting with the platform on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** Their teams schedule a lot of calls to discuss upcoming events, often re-sharing the same information that's already been discussed. We've found that when we bring up more complex questions, they need to loop in additional team members. Which often leads to another cylce of calls where the same information is shared but meaninful takeaways aren't really shared. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo serves as our in person registration platform. Bizzabo also helps manage sponsors and speakers for our larger events. The sponsor and speaker portals are an easy to use tool that help us keep these key groups updated and on track, via a very professional looking site. Bizzabo also provides are onsite registration, sponsor lead retrieval, event app, and attendee tracking - which has streamlined the number of vendors we need onsite for larger events. ### 5. Overall it is easy to create a new event and if you have templates built out it you can really have some efficiencies if you have a heavy event calendar. There is plenty of room for customization based on your needs and find the solutions/page that fits you best. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** Overall customer service could be better. The site goes through a lot of updates which have an impact on down time for us and we do not get a heads up a lot of the times. This allows me, as a data engineer, to easily support the needs of our sales and marketing people in a repeatable, programmatic way without any headaches should we have urgent requests to update guests lists. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** Built-in functionality to more easily support the check-in of guests who did not / forgot to register for an event would help out my on-the-ground salespeople. However this is easily fixed by creating some dummy guest entries using a simple Python or bash script. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo is our digital solution for managing guest RSVPs and check-ins at in-person events. I'm not too fond of the process when adding in a walk-in registration and if you upload a list it shows double instead of identifying duplicates which has caused inaccurate check-ins for us. The event creation also tends to cause problems for new users who have not been in all scenarios to walk through it. Also, the idea of one account owner giving edit access to users for each event to be able to edit the event is extremely inconvenient but this may be an organizational protocol and not the fault of Bizzabo. I miss having Boomset or would have rather gone with Cvent/StriveScan. We also pay to use Sched rather than the Bizzabo event experience to add the schedule and sessions. Overall, I have not been happy with the integration of the system. Still, I know they were looking for a system that provided the best bang for your buck and this was a platform that supported how often our organization needed to add events for a relatively affordable package. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo allows us to create registration pages for each event we host and customize the registration to ask what we need to know specific to that event. We also use it as our check in system at the actual event. ### 13. Both locally and on other countries. It is a really useful tool as we can manage the whole event from one place. Very easy to use as mentioned above and intuitively onboarding new users (Speakers or Sponsors) to enrich your event website and preparation from a single platform: from content creation for the website, to ticket type creation and finally registration management, without forgetting promotion and post-event survey, everything is pretty well included into Bizzabo's tool. The Bizzabo app is also a real plus when it comes to onsite communication and networking - it is also very easy to design and customize per our own needs. The customer success team is also a highly valuable team and sounds like an "always-on" team - so helpful and supportive!!!! Bizzabo is today an essential asset in our event strategy success! **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** The unclear add-ons pricing and renewal increases. The website design requirements and specs that do not always let you use your high standard design and upload them on the website. We have to work with the support team to make sure our design appears correctly, while we developed within recommended specs. Slaesforce/Pardot integration does not let us track campaign contacts outside of Bizzabo. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing all that needs to be done and solved for each of our events before kicking off and presenting onsite or releasing recorded sessions. From advertisting event, invitations, registration, reports, etc. Appreciate ability to customize invitations for certain registrants, abiltity to run reports based on any possible filter needed, customize event pages, and the fact that it is very easy for people to use on the "registrant/attendee" side. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** 1) It is not very user friendly for the individual creating/managing the event. Particularly if there are more detailed tasks you need to accomplish. 2) Would appreciate the name tag, registration functionality being available on the basic level and not requiring the higher level subscription. 3) Would be very helpful if they had a table/seating arrangement tool that could be integrated with the platform. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** From the from time I used Bizzabo to the most recent, they now offer on site / on line self registration for in person events as well as integrated name badge programming, and the in person event app, all of which are great improvements. ### 28.
