It allows you to edit and publish different documents and track the progress of all of the forms. **What do you dislike about BizPortals QCFlow?** As a new user of this program, there is nothing that I dislike so far. New features could be added to enhance the software. **Recommendations to others considering BizPortals QCFlow:** I would recommend BizPortals 365 to other employees because it is helpful to organize forms and assignments on one platform. Office programs such as Outlook and OneDrive are incorporated with easy access. You can also use the program on your mobile device if needed. **What problems is BizPortals QCFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many benefits to using BizPortals 365 in the workplace. This program has the ability to notify the user with notifications regarding new announcements, task assignments, and approval/denial of forms. Bizportals 365 is easy to use. **What do you dislike about BizPortals QCFlow?** User interface as collaborative software could be improved. Many functions of trello are not supported by Bizportals. Cost of usage could be high for a large organization **Recommendations to others considering BizPortals QCFlow:** Make a better UI, release upgrades more frequently and offer additional usage discounts for larger teams. **What problems is BizPortals QCFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using Sharepoint completely before Bizportals and it used to take more time for searching and accessing documentary resources.
