Since I signed up for BizPAD Online Management System my experience has been very frustrating with this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is very badly designed and unusable. Its very hard to navigate and there is no thought put on making the user enjoy using the service. The user support is not helpful and they respond way too late. Most of the buttons do not work or are not labelled correctly. The web app is not responsive on mobile devices. Notifications are only available via email and there is no mobile application. The plans are very expensive with very little to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
