Biznussoft is easy to use everyday. Our team loves the dashboards they customized for us so that we can eliminate so many manual steps. Also, their support is top class. Never had such responsive project managers in the past. Really nice people as well. Genuinely enjoy our partnership.

I can’t think of anything. They were organized during implementation and very thorough to make sure our workflows were configured correctly.

BiznusSoft helped us run payroll much easier. Our employees are keeping time by now easily on mobile. We’re seeing less manual intervention- basically none- because we’re able to use the BiznusSoft system and dashboards and reports for all our needs. Really appreciate hours thoughtfully they were configured for us.

This is the best support I’ve ever experienced—they resolve any issues incredibly fast. That level of responsiveness never happened with UKG, which we used before.

Nothing, really—very few people can truly walk the walk and talk the talk.

BiznusSoft HR has solved several key challenges for us—especially around time & attendance accuracy, payroll integration, and reporting visibility inside Salesforce. Previously, we dealt with slow support, disconnected systems, and limited flexibility. With BiznusSoft being Salesforce-native, everything lives in one ecosystem, which eliminates duplicate data entry and manual reconciliation.

The biggest benefit has been speed and responsiveness—both in system performance and support. When something needs to be adjusted or improved, their team turns it around incredibly fast. That agility has saved us time, reduced administrative burden, and allowed our HR team to focus on higher-value work instead of troubleshooting systems.

Before BiznusSoft HR, managing my team meant chasing timecards, tracking PTO requests in email threads, and trying to reconcile payroll details across multiple systems. Now everything runs through one Salesforce-native HRIS, so time and attendance, payroll processing, performance management, and reporting are all connected. The biggest change for me as a manager is real-time visibility. I can log into Salesforce and immediately see what’s been submitted, what’s pending approval, overtime trends, and how labor costs are tracking. Because the system supports union payroll, prevailing wage rules, and certified payroll reporting within the same platform, I’m not worried about compliance gaps. It feels like a modern workforce management solution that combines the structure of platforms like Workday or Sage with the flexibility and configurability of Salesforce.

Honestly, I had a very positive experience from implementation through training and go-live. The Business Process Review sessions ensured the HR system was configured around our workflows instead of forcing us to adapt to a rigid template. Compared to other HR software platforms we evaluated, the rollout felt collaborative and practical. I haven’t encountered any major issues that impacted my team’s day-to-day operations.

Previously, we operated with disconnected tools for HR, payroll, onboarding, and performance tracking. Reporting was manual and reactive, and compliance—especially multi-state payroll compliance and union classifications—required extra oversight. Since moving to BiznusSoft HR, we’ve consolidated our human capital management processes into a single Salesforce-native platform. Time tracking flows directly into payroll. Certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements are built into the workflows. Performance reviews are documented and structured. This consolidation has reduced administrative overhead, improved reporting accuracy, and made workforce planning more proactive. It is awesome as an employee to have this tool. We have cycled through different apps and finally found one worth sticking too. Highly recommend!

We run A-Z of HR on BiznusSoft. We had multiple systems but now worry about just one. Also it is seamlessly integrated with FS, which is a great benefit for us.

Just that it took time to make decisions and implement the solutions but we got what we wanted and we are happy with it.

Technician time tracking and overtime pay was manual and we used our CPA for running the payroll before by sending them excel sheets. Now it is all in 1 system.

It didn't integrate out of the box with our marketplace software

We wanted a technician scheduling and time and attendance tool where techs could clock in using biometrics and BiznusSoft deployed it within 2 weeks. We were replacing Kronos.

The Software is easy to use and to implement as curretly we are looking to use the software on POS as we have gone through the features of BiznusSoft like employee data management, recruitement tracking, onboarding and off boarding of employees and attendance tracking. Customer support is good and easy to contact

Until now we have no issue with the product software. Depends on future usage.

Quick and easy workforce and best for time management.

Nothing as of now. Only bug is that it gets hanged sometimes during payroll processing.

Tracking the attendance of a vast number of employees is now much easier with the app. The log in and log out times can also be checked which is an added advantage.

It is the best end-to-end HRMS solution. It is easy to manage a workforce. Additionally, Time and attendance, recruitment and Performance management modules are very supportive.

A few times we faced a challenge in the Payroll module. However, the team was supportive enough to solve that and additionally, we can manage the multi-organization payroll at the same time.

It supports solving all the major HRMS activities like workforce management, time and attendance, recruitment, and payroll. At our organization level, It has mainly help for the time and attendance module.

It provides essential features required for managing our organization’s human resources.  BiznusSoft HR is a package of all the modules required to run a successful HR department. Whether We run a small business with just a few employees, or an enterprise with thousands of users, BiznusSoft HR is the best solution for all our human resource needs..

It's a single system to manage HR Information and Reporting needs.  BiznusSoft HR is Recruitment, Performance & Employee Management software fully integrated to automate the whole recruitment cycle.

BiznusSoft HR is a cloud-based platform for small and medium organizations of all industry verticals. It helps organizations capture, manage, report & analyze all HR information in structured format. BiznusSoft HR is an HR Management System for Recruitment,Onboarding,Time & Attendance,Performance Management,Core HR Information and Reporting. BiznusSoft HR is a web-based solution designed to manage everything related to Human Resources. It encompasses everything we need to manage the Employee Life Cycle, starting with hiring and ending with Labor Reports. BiznusSoft HR is an easy to use application that can be used to perform a range of HR functions. With the help of BiznusSoft HR, businesses can create and manage employee benefits, manage employee time and attendance, perform background checks, manage employee training and a lot more. The repetitive approach is the thing I guess I don't like in it.

HR-related operations are easy to be identified but not good for compliance-related matters.

**What do you like best about BiznusSoft HR?**

The level of Extensibility in a Central Framework allows a large number of solutions to Human Resources Challenges, by example manage training time, asset management organizational structure, self-service for workers, training management, among others, it is perfect to know that you save time and in turn that your business level is growing.

**What do you dislike about BiznusSoft HR?**

Permission management can be a challenge, but that is due to the complexity that HR can have. In addition, the configuration of filters can be somewhat annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering BiznusSoft HR:**

It is good to work with them, they are able to participate in both the planning and development stages of the implementation. They continued to consult with us proactively during the first quarter to see if everything worked or if change requests were needed.
Then they started working on their part, saving time in the company, and it really feels like a change has important filters for good management, we recommend it can be an excellent tool to improve or optimize the procedures in the company, however it can be expensive, but it depends on which package or service you will use, and when you contact with support it will guide you what services are needed. I recommend it.

**What problems is BiznusSoft HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously there were serious problems, in business management and not by employees, it was all paperwork and time was limited, but with this company, it is perfect and the help in management is perfect. 
In addition to support that is very friendly and guides you in every step to keep a good control it is perfect that although they do the work, you are always there by the hand.
