It is easy to understand and learn to use. **What do you dislike about Bizneo HR Suite?** I don't like not being able to create projects and some things that I have limited in my role as a supervisor. **What problems is Bizneo HR Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Management of clocking in, vacations, medical appointments, documents in one place. In our case, we have been waiting for more than a month for them to respond to a problem we have with the platform, and the only thing they tell us (when they respond, because it's not something they always do) is that they will let us know, that they have a lot of work and cannot attend to us. However, all this happens with a newly renewed contract... Therefore, the customer support is terrible. **What problems is Bizneo HR Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage the signings and the management of absences, primarily, as well as the management of employees' time. ### 3.
