Thousands of training videos to choose from and the easiest tracking system I've worked with. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** I can't think of one thing that I don't like about BizLibrary **What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?** BizLibrary makes training tracking simple and readily available. The company I currently work for has multiple tracking systems and sometimes it takes hours to track down records. BizLibrary simplifies the entire process! ### 2. I also like the ease of administration. The fact that many courses are micro-learning makes it even better. There are also varieties of training on the same subject but with different presenters. The variety makes it easier to tailor the training for a specific audience. I used their SCORM feature which allows me to use my own LMS and link directly to BizLibrary. There are so many different modules, I am able to meet all of our compliance needs for all the states we operate in with one platform. I don't have to cobble together training from different vendors. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** I can't think of anything that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering BizLibrary:** There are several: have an overall strategy of what you are trying to accomplish. Consider your available technological resources so that all have the opportunity to participate in training. Be sure to survey your employees and management as to what training is top on their must-have list. Keep content fresh and relevant. There is so much content to choose from that sometimes it is difficult to narrow down which courses are best for our employees to take. BizLibrary has a robust LMS along with an array of offerings that we are unable to take advantage of at this time simply due to technical challenges on our end; that have nothing to do with our BizLibrary partnership. The good news is that solutions for clients like us getting better all the time. When we were choosing an LMS we liked that they were a small enough but big enough company. This has continued to be a beneficial relationship for us. They have made tons of changes over the last couple of years and their roadmap looks like they are going to make even more exciting changes! **What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Safety training is tough to get everyone in a classroom and accounted for so we have been able to provide them with eLearning through BizLibrary. This is a huge benefit because we don't have to disrupt production and everyone gets a consistent message. We also have been able to create a lot of individualized learning plans to help employees grow professionally and then have skills to grow into larger capacities in the company. ### 26. BizLibrary was able to complement our courseware with an expansive collection of "soft skill" videos.
