What do you like best about Bizimply?

I love the ease of use of Bizimply and how it enables us to communicate easily with all our staff. It's great that we can send out messages to all our staff in one spot. The initial setup was very easy, and it's valuable for rota management and cost analysis. I also appreciate that it helps us view all locations in one portal and gives us a better view of costings. What do you dislike about Bizimply?

What do you like best about Bizimply?

The onboarding process and customer support was very good. Jo, our onboarding agent, went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up properly for our needs. The reporting functionality is also very strong - you can generate reports on almost any data stored in Bizimply. I’ve also found Bizzy, the AI tool, to be really helpful whenever I’m unsure how to do something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizimply?

In Bizimply, rota and time cards are currently structured on a weekly basis. Having the flexibility to set these up on a monthly basis would be more efficient and better aligned with our needs. The MyZimply app, while straightforward, could benefit from enhanced functionality and improved visibility to provide a smoother user experience. Additionally, scheduling would be more effective if staff notes were displayed more prominently, without requiring extra clicks to access them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
