"Easy, BPMN-Friendly Tool for Clear, Professional Workflow Diagrams"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Its easy to get started with, even if you’re not very techincal. I mostly use it to create process diagrams and document worlflows. The interface is clean and straightforward, so its fast to build clear, professional looking diagrams without a lot of friction. It also has enough flexibility to handle more complex workflows while still feeling simple for everyday tasks. It follows BPMN standards, which makes sharing and aligning with other teams much easier. And if you want to go beyond basic modeling, there are integration options and automation features available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

As models get larger, they can start to feel a bit heavy and slower to work with. Its not something I run into every day, but on bigger projects it becomes noticable and can affect the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also appreciate being able to manage processes and analyze data in one place. I can monitor how our workflows are performing, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments that increase efficiency. Having processes and data integrated this way has been very beneficial for our company, especially when it comes to tracking performance and making informed changes. What do you like best about Bizagi?

I use Bizagi to break down day to day operational activities into measurable workflows. What I like most is how it helps visualize where work queues build up and where teams depend on each other. The diagrams are clean and make it easier to analyze process efficiency without relying on spreadsheets or scattered notes. It also supports clearer reporting because the process structure is defined and repeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Bizagi can feel limited when you want deeper operational automation or real time integrations with service platforms. In very detailed workflows, performance can slow slightly, and some advanced capabilities are only available through higher subscription levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Visual Workflow with Some Performance Hiccups"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I like the visual workflow design of Bizagi because it makes things easier to understand. You can actually see the whole process step by step instead of just reading it. It's simple and intuitive compared to other tools I've tried, and I appreciate how each step is connected, making it easy to follow the flow from start to end. It's beneficial in my work as it allows me to quickly identify where things are slowing down or getting stuck. Bizagi has also played a big role in helping me organize and manage business processes that were previously handled manually. With it, I can map out workflows and automate repetitive tasks, making it easier for us to track progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

As the process grows, performance sometimes drops which is a little frustrating. The initial setup can feel a bit difficult in the starting days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Bizagi for creating SOPs and visual diagrams, and it really helps in writing processes. It solves key challenges like process clarity and standardization by making it easier to document workflows and ensure everyone follows the same SOPs. I like the interfaces for creating process diagrams and the visual clarity they provide. The drag and drop feature allows us to quickly build and update workflows without needing advanced skills, saving a lot of time. The initial setup was quite easy, and the interface is easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

I particularly face the issue when multiple people are working on the same process or SOP; sometimes it gets a bit slow and unresponsive. Working with multiple users in Bizagi can sometimes be challenging when there are frequent updates in the process since it doesn't fully support real-time collaboration. "Bizagi Makes Process Workshops Clear and Practical"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I mainly use Bizagi to understand how work actually moves inside the organization. During workshops, I build the process live while teams explain their steps. It helps a lot because people often realize gaps while we are drawing it. Seeing the full flow on screen makes conversations more practical instead of theoretical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

It works very well for mapping, but once you want deeper automation or tight system connections, it is not always straightforward. Very detailed processes can also become a bit heavy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
