As the nature of the security issues/vulnerabilities is complex, at times it was difficult for us to understand the issues and i think its not a bad thing to have as the identified issues were good finding for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be prepared to understand the security vulnerability, associated threat and impact to business to get the best out of their engagement, this will help your implementation/development solve the issues in proper coordination with their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Biz Serve IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

(1) We had security testing requirement of Myra's key products (e banking applicaiton for cooperatives https://ebanking.myraerp.com/login, and its mobile application) before taking these into production. Biz Serve IT thoroughly tested the applications for vulnerabilities, identified and reported those to us, after we fixed the issues, they reverified if the issues were solved or not.

(2) They helped us implement ISO 27001: 2013 certification, get complaint and successfully obtain the certification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
