"Great Crypto accounting software."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Great customer support when there are issues or we have questions. The integration with Quickbooks Online works seamlessly. I would recommend Bitwave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

It would be nice to have the ability to set a default price for stablecoins so that it doesn't have to be manually overridden. I understand that this may be possible at more premium levels. At times, the platform takes some time to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crypto accounting is complicated. Using Bitwave helps uncomplicate it."
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Bitwave is a top-notch, robust platform that handles just about any crypto accounting problem you can come up with. It's also more than just a platform - the team behind Bitwave is passionate about crypto and they just don't say "they like to solve the hard problems", they actually do solve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

The hardest thing in this industry is trying to stay one step ahead of the innovation which happens every single day. Bitwave does a good job keeping up with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bitwave from an accountant's perspective"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Bitwave does a great job of tracking defi transactions, LP positions, and digital asset prices at the time of transactions. The ability to apply accurate tax treatment is seamless and the reporting system is getting better as the UX/UI improves. The team is also very responsive to any problems or questions you might run into while on platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

It's hard to filter transactions on-platform to be specific so the only workaround is downloading reports but not a bad issue at all. When working with specific defi clients with their own set of new and improved protocols, depending on the intricacy of the protocol, it could take a while to integrate accurate reporting. "Wave goodbye to your crypto accounting woes"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Bitwave is a one-stop-shop that ingests, interprets, and prices your blockchain activity while seemlessly integrating with your accounting software of choice to provide an efficient record keeping solution. Bitwave produces various reports that support accounting, audit, and tax needs including an impairment report which accurately calculates your expense based on customizable pricing and frequency options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

The only constant in crypto is change. Keeping up with ever-evolving blockchains & protocols is what sets crypto software apart from each other. Bitwave does an awesome job staying on the bleeding edge of this innovation but inevitably manual adjustments and quirky workarounds are sometimes necessary when clients are the first-movers on a new dApp or blockchain. What do you like best about Bitwave?

Outside of the software itself, Mohit and the team is incredibly proactive when it comes to making sure we have all of our questions answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

There aren't a lot of cons - the team is very quick on it's feet when we recommend a feature addition or modifications to the layout. Great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitwave?

When I launched my first project, the tax calculation implications were massive and even our CPAs were overwhlemed. In finding Bitwave, my concerns immediately went away. Onboarding was incredibly easy and the team is always responsive. I recommend them to every person I know looking to launch a project in the Web3 world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

No downsides for me - they make a scary thing less scary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Cryto Accounting Software"
4/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Bitwave is so easy to use! It lets us code all of our crypto transactions for more than 20 wallets in one place and seamlessly sync to our GL system. This makes bookkeeping so easy. The support we get from the Bitwave Team is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

Bitwave can further enhance its basic features to include better filtering and search options as well as customizable reports. We're also excited about future capabilities they will roll out, including AR/AP functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bitwave can handle most of what I throw at it"
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

I get great value in the fact that I can simply add a wallet address (and/or account with a centralized exchange) and Bitwave brings in all transactions. It matches wallet transfers, account transfers, bridging, etc. It handles most all of my DeFi activity, trading activity, and NFT. When I went deep in my research for different solutions, Bitwave was built to work on more chains than any other software. It doesn't support all chains, but nobody does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

The manual import process could be a bit smoother. I only need to do that on chains for which they don't support though. And once I get my transactions into the system, Bitwave handles the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bitwave solves enterprise digital asset headaches."
5/5
What do you like best about Bitwave?

Bitwave is the only enterprise digital asset accounting and tax product for the widest range of use cases that is capable of capturing crypto used for operating expenses and trades categorized to all correct P&L and balance sheet accounts in your accounting system of choice resulting in a balance that balances, an accurate P&L and correct capital gain and loss calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitwave?

Not all chains are supported yet but this is an industry challenge not a Bitwave issue. UX should be much better but nuts and bolts is what counts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
