## About Bitwarden
Bitwarden is an open source password manager for individuals, teams, and enterprise organizations. Ranked first in Enterprise User Satisfaction on the G2 Enterprise Grid for eleven consecutive quarters, Bitwarden stores, generates, autofills, and shares credentials and passkeys using end-to-end AES-256 bit encryption. Bitwarden is a zero-knowledge encryption solution, meaning only the user can access vault data. The Bitwarden source code is publicly available on GitHub and undergoes regular third-party security audits, covering penetration testing, cryptographic analysis, and source code review. Bitwarden is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and Data Privacy Framework (DPF) compliant. Manage passwords and passkeys - Generate and store strong, unique passwords and passkeys, saved securely across unlimited devices. - Access credentials from anywhere, on any device - Bitwarden offers multiple client options including desktop, mobile, browser, web, and command-line interface (CLI). - Autofill makes it fast and secure to seamlessly log in to websites and apps across devices. Monitor and reduce credential risk - Real-time vault health alerts surface weak, reused, or exposed passwords - Bitwarden Access Intelligence identifies shadow IT and at-risk credentials across an organization, with guided remediation workflows at scale. - Turn on multifactor authentication (MFA) for vault login using a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app or security key. The standalone Bitwarden Authenticator app also generates TOTP codes for any account or service that supports authenticator-based two-factor authentication (2FA). - Exportable event logs provide transparency into user activity around sensitive data within an organization vault. Enterprise integrations and deployment - Bitwarden deploys in both cloud-based and on-premises environments, including self-hosted options for full data sovereignty. - Directory Connector and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) integration streamline user and group onboarding with automatic account provisioning and deprovisioning across Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and LDAP-based directories. - Bitwarden connects to existing tech stacks with single sign-on (SSO), APIs, and CLI automations, and feeds event logs directly into security operations platforms including Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Rapid7, and Elastic. Share encrypted information at scale - Use organization collections to share credentials securely. - Vault items are owned by the organization, not individual employees, enabling full credential lifecycle management. - Transmit encrypted information, text, and attachments to anyone via a secure, randomly generated link through Bitwarden Send.

## Bitwarden Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful RBAC and Group-Based Secret Sharing with Open Source

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

As the ISO at my organisation, I am thrilled about the way sharing of secrets is set up. Collections are Accessible for Groups, Members are added to Groups and Members can have different Roles. RBAC for the win. On top of that it is Open Source and has an EU based SAAS solution.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Currently managing more then 1 Vault, switching back and forth from the admin panel or password manager is a bit confusing, since it changes the Vault you were in to the default Vault. But since we are moving to a single Vault this will resolve itself :).

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping secrets safe and within the organisation. SSO for the win.

  ### 2. Excellent password manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel A. | Ingeniero de integración, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

That I can store all my passwords securely in the password container easily. In addition to being able to use the extension in my browser to access passwords and usernames easily. Very intuitive, free, accessible, good performance, has good support, and perfectly integrated.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

To make it simple, you have to have the extension or application installed. If you don't have it, accessing the web is a bit tedious.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Store all my passwords and not have to memorize them. In addition to increasing security.

  ### 3. Intuitive Password Manager, Helpful browser integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Being able to generate safe password and not having to remember them. The UI is intuitive and the integrations it includes in browser and apps makes it easy to use. It's very quick and readily available. I use it in my work so I don't have an opinion about its pricing, but I think the price is adequate. I haven't had any issue until now so I can't say something about customer support.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Sometimes the chrome extension is slow and doesn't readily appear on every auto-fill occasion.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to generate secure passwords for my work account, and given the sensitive nature of the data it contains, it makes me feel safe

  ### 4. Feature Packed Password Manager for Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarib M. | Founder, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Identities, Credit Card, Cross OS support, password and username generation, authenticator TOTP, Passkeys, secrets and file sharing, Vault, Folders, and Groups, any feature you can think of, a Password Manager can offer. It can also be self-hosted. More than just a Password manager, Bitwarden offers a complete package and a sense of security. I'm a tech enthusiast and very picky, I'm glad that Bitwarden was the first and will be the last choice of mine.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

There should be a 1 time payment plan for individuals so they can also use premium options, or at least TOTP

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden offers free checks for data breaches. The feeling that, if unfortunately your Google account is compromised, all your passwords, IDs, and banking cards are safe provides another level of satisfaction.

  ### 5. Easy to Use, Clear UI, and Great Support at a Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake B. | Auditorium Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Overall ease of use: easy to understand on a technical level, clear UI, extensive help documents, and prompt support. Also, it helps that its very cheap!

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

The autofill has a couple bugs; it gets confused sometimes and creates duplicate entries or tries to autofill the wrong forms.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transitions! My organization has very high turnover rates, and for years this has led to loss of institutional knowledge and workflows. Bitwarden is one tool we have adopted to ease this issue.

  ### 6. Effortless Password Manager with Stellar Security Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex Javier R. | Android Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden as my daily driver for accessing all my passwords and passkeys, and I really appreciate its cross-platform syncing. It's fantastic that I can install any browser and have all my passwords available as soon as I log in. I find the passkeys feature very secure, way more than simple 2FA, and I use them for basically everything. Setting up Bitwarden was really quick and easy, which I loved. It's a tool my team always chooses, and I rate it a 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Integration with the native keychain on macOS would be amazing so the Safari experience is better.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden for cross-platform syncing of passwords and passkeys for secure access across devices. It provides an easy login with all my passwords available instantly. I rely on passkeys for enhanced security beyond simple 2FA.

  ### 7. Efficient Password Management, Needs Seamless Sign-In

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janice C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden for work to keep track of various system passwords and credentials, and it saves me from having to manually remember all the different and complex passwords I use. I like how Bitwarden can add the two-factor authentication (2MFA) setup code and auto-generate the 2MFA code right at the system login page, where I can just click to enter without needing to navigate to another authenticator tool. This feature saves me time by reducing the need to switch between apps like Google Authenticator or email to retrieve 2MFA codes.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

I don't like that the login with passkey method didn't just sign me in and still requires entering the master password. A password-less login method would be good. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve for setting up collections, collection permissions, and vaults correctly.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to avoid manually remembering multiple complex passwords. It saves me time by generating 2MFA codes automatically at login, eliminating the need to switch between apps like Google Authenticator.

  ### 8. Secure and Efficient Password Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahmoud A. | IT Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden for password management and like that it keeps all my passwords with links in a safe and secure place. I like the Google extension where it can fill in my passwords, making autofill and logging in much more seamless. The password generator option is another feature I appreciate. Having links for sites is nice, as well as I can access stuff and log in a lot quicker. Additionally, the initial setup of Bitwarden was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

I don't like how often it needs to update and the update always takes a while.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden for password management, keeping all my passwords secure. Autofill makes logging in seamless, and the password generator is handy. I also like how having links and quick login access enhances my efficiency.

  ### 9. Secure and Intuitive Password Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub B. | Tutor - mathematics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden to store my passwords securely. It solves the issue of securing passwords easily with access anytime, but also really secure, and I can send it to other users. I like that it has a great application on macOS and works really fast and well. It's intuitive, and I don't have to think twice about how to do some jobs. I also use it on iPhone, and it works great. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, taking only about 5-6 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

At first glance, I did not understand the way I can share passwords under secure link. It could have some better tutorial. Maybe some arrows what to click and tooltips?

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to secure my passwords easily with access anytime. It's really secure, and I can send passwords to other users.

  ### 10. Easy Administration, Strong Security, and Responsive Support at a Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I appreciate the ease of administration for new users, the granular security policies, and the ability to use YubiKeys for user authentication and login. Support is also very responsive to questions, providing appropriate answers from the very first interaction. The price is well-suited to our organization, with a very affordable per-user rate.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Wizards for deactivating a user and identifying accounts used only by that person. Reports that help with regular collection cleanup.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Login credentials are stored exclusively in the company vault, in line with clear, secure IT protocols. Login credentials and passwords are also reviewed and analyzed to identify potential vulnerabilities.

  ### 11. Complete and Flexible Solution for my Password Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yanis K. | Leader Technique - Développement Web, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I like that Bitwarden is an open solution, which allows me to connect to my own instance, and I find this reassuring compared to a completely closed solution. Additionally, the solution is very comprehensive with well-implemented features like 2FA and Passkeys. I appreciate that Bitwarden stays up to date, which gives me confidence that I won't need to change password managers. Finally, the initial setup was easy thanks to the SSO integration with Microsoft.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Nothing, everything is good.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden for password management in my business and personal life. Its open solution allows us to connect to our own instance, and its comprehensive features like 2FA and Passkey are reassuring and well implemented.

  ### 12. Intuitive Password Management, with Excellent Sending Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

The management of Bitwarden is quite intuitive. The "Send" option is wonderful, as it allows me to send not only text like passwords but also executables, without unnecessarily using memory by using links. I used the "Send" function to distribute software to people with administrative permissions, which saves a lot of time. The Bitwarden support team quickly resolved an issue with a user who was not receiving the invitation email.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Removing permissions from multiple collections can be improved. It is tedious to have to go one by one when there are many. It is true that there is group management and if the user is removed from the group, they no longer have access, but if those groups are synchronized with Azure, they would be added again, and sometimes they are manually added to certain collections. While I can select multiple collections and add those permissions to all the selected collections at once, I cannot do the same to remove them, or I haven't found how, so if it exists, it must be a too hidden option.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden makes managing passwords more intuitive and allows sharing large files easily with its "Send" feature, which saves time, especially when distributing software.

  ### 13. Bitwarden: Intuitive, Secure Password Management with Strong Access Controls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Bitwarden is a great organizational tool that our entire team can use to keep passwords in a centralized secure space. Functionally the service offers great access controls, intuitive interface, functional desktop and browser applications/addons.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

I would like to see administrative functionality added to the desktop application and not required to go into the webbrowser/site to administer permissions/controls etc.

I also would like to see a temporary way of sharing/sending a password and then removing it.

Also password life cycle statistics would be nice: when do things need to be changed, updated, or audited.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team uses Bitwarden as a central password manager for the entire organization. Individuals store account information, teams share account information, and the company shares important org-wide info all through Bitwarden's various functions.

  ### 14. Brilliant Free Storage, Reliable Autofill, and Open-Source Security Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

The free 1GB password storage and the autofill option are brilliant. I also like that the security maintenance is open source, so it’s constantly being updated.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

On iOS and Android, the Autofill option can be a hit or miss on some apps. Especially on iOS.
Also, the remember me option clearly doesn't work on iOS, because it constantly keeps asking for the master password. Something like FaceID or Fingerprint support on the app would be really nice instead of asking for password every 5 minutes.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nowadays there are just way too many services that require signing is using password. Some of them can be fishy, so using the same password everywhere is a security threat. Bitwarden't custom password generator has been a life saver in that case.

  ### 15. Aplication with seamless MFA/FIDO2 Integration and Rock-Solid AES‑256 Encryption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam N. | Systems engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Seamless integration with all popular MFA and FIDO2 vendors. The greatest advantage of Bitwarden is its use of a very strong cryptographic algorithm (AES‑256) and the storage of encrypted data as ciphertext in files. As a result, even if an attacker obtains Bitwarden’s files, practically decrypting the information stored in them becomes extremely difficult.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Quite a high subscription cost for a large organization.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It remembers and encrypts my hundreds of random passwords and makes them available to me whenever I need them.

  ### 16. Easy and Secure SSO Login

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lucas S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I love the ease of use of Bitwarden, which allows me to log into a variety of accounts every day without compromising my credentials or passwords. The fact that data security is based in Europe is another aspect I greatly appreciate. I am also very pleased with the SSO login and the Firefox extension, which make using Bitwarden even more convenient. Moreover, the initial setup was very simple. In short, I am very satisfied with Bitwarden, and I use it with many online platforms.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Nothing to report, very easy to use

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to manage my credentials and passwords for decentralized teams, which allows me to work efficiently without compromising the security of my information.

  ### 17. Secure Password Storage with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus M. | Analista de conteúdo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I like the ease of saving passwords in Bitwarden. I also highly value the password autofill, which is practical and efficient. I found it easy to set up because I installed the browser extension, and it was quick and practical.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

The shared sending of credentials is confusing and makes the process slow.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to store website passwords, avoiding forgetting them and keeping them in insecure places. I like the ease of saving passwords and the autofill feature.

  ### 18. Easy to Use with Outstanding Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Easy to use, and I’ve had a great experience with customer service as well.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

I’ve had only positive experiences so far, and I can’t think of anything I dislike right now.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until we switched over to Bit Warden, our employees were saving passwords all over the place—Google Password Manager, personal Excel sheets, and so on. Bit Warden solved that by keeping all our passwords in one place, with strong security measures in place. On top of that, we can now access shared logins easily, which is definitely very helpful as well.

It provides a secure environment for storing passwords and other confidential information. It is portable between computers and other devices. The interface is easy to navigate and the user experience just works well and is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

I wish there was a way to store passwords offline without any online copy

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a centralized place to store my important sensitive details and passwords. I can be confident that it is backed up, and a history is also kept when I change my passwords.

  ### 20. A Secure and User-Friendly Password Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Nothing change to me, what I see is that they added a passkeys and also an ssh agents. All other things stay the same. And for me that’s enough.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Currently for my use cases as a personal user it has all I need

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendon H. | IT Service Delivery Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden as a password and secret manager within the IT department. I like the user interface because it's clear and allows for easy storage of new passwords and rapid retrieval of existing ones. The enterprise features are well thought out and particularly valuable, especially the use of collections which helps us keep a tidy setup and provide granular access to specific team members. We also have the browser integration installed, which aids with logging in, and the mobile app is useful for password retrieval on the go. ### 23. Secure Password Management with Open Source Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yamama A. | Technical Support Representative, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden for storing passwords and MFA, and I really appreciate that it stores everything securely. I only need to remember one master password, which definitely reduces my mental load. It actually improves my security, not just convenience, by forcing unique passwords everywhere and reducing credential stuffing risk. Encouraging better security hygiene automatically is a big plus. I also like the open source transparency it offers. The initial setup was the easiest I've experienced, making it accessible from the start.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

The mobile app sometimes requires extra taps, which makes it less streamlined. Also, item organization with folders versus collections can confuse new users. It's functional but not as 'smooth' as some competitors.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden for storing passwords and MFA. It secures everything, reducing my mental load. I no longer need to remember 50 passwords, just one master password. Bitwarden improves security by enforcing unique passwords and reducing credential stuffing risk.

If I had to find any fault, especially when using it with an iPhone, it could have better integration.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden assures me that my passwords are secure and will not be leaked. It is open source, its security is tested by the community, and its speed saves me time.

  ### 26. Efficient and Simple Password Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden to store my passwords, since I work alone and have many tools to manage. I really like being able to organize my passwords by folders, which is very good. Additionally, the auto-fill feature is something I appreciate a lot. Another advantage is that I can search my passwords directly, which is very practical and prevents me from having to scroll a lot looking for them.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

sometimes autofill fails on sites like hotmart.com and kiwify.com.br

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to organize my passwords, which is great because I can store them in folders. Additionally, I like the autofill and password search features, which make my life much easier.

Im a big fan of the browser extension and how quickly it works.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

UI could potentailly be a bit clearer or have more instruction

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having all of my passwords stored in 1 secure place. previously, my company used monday.com for this which is obviously not secure

  ### 29. A great affordable option for secure password management for business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen R. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I've been using Bitwarden for a while and I love the creation of the Teams plan. It provides the collaborative functions small companies and teams need at a slightly better price point than Enterprise. I also love that Bitwarden is constantly improving their browser extensions. They weren't as good as competitors when we first started using them but they've gotten much much better.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Bitwarden's browser extensions have greatly improved but their desktop clients still lack the polish of some competitors. Some room to improve there.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden provides us and our clients a secure way to store, manage, share, and use passwords and passkeys. It eliminates the security exposure of people storing passwords in insecure ways and facilitates sharing passwords more securely.

  ### 30. Quick Password Lookup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily A. | Professional Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

It’s quick to find the relevant password, and the convenient link makes it easy to click and log in.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Bitwarden’s business/enterprise features are powerful but can be complex to configure. Admins sometimes find setup less straightforward compared to more “plug‑and‑play” solutions

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People have dozens (sometimes hundreds) of accounts. Remembering unique, strong passwords for each is impossible without a manager. Bitwarden securely stores and autofills them.

  ### 31. Gerenciamento de Senhas Sem Esforço, Precisa de Melhorias na Interface do Usuário

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Eduarda C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

A sincronização me permite acessar senhas em qualquer lugar, e o preenchimento automático me conecta instantaneamente, ambos tornam o Bitwarden rápido e conveniente.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Às vezes, o preenchimento automático do Bitwarden não é perfeito em certos sites, e a interface pode parecer um pouco básica em comparação com outros gerenciadores.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 32. Secure Password Management with Strong User Confirmation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle K. | Security And Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

It's secure, I like that you have to confirm people, it's a bit tedious, but much less likely to be compromised. I like the categorization and ease of adding people to vaults. Inviting people is also easy.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

We switched from a different password manager which made the nomenclature a bit confusing for the employees. Also many people kept forgetting their passwords, so we had to upgrade to the higher tier so I can reset them, I like that it's an option, but it should be included and I should be able to auto-enroll existing users.

Also, I should be able to send passwords to people who just need them temporarily.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need somewhere to store all our passwords to our various tools and be able to easily share them.

  ### 33. Interesting, let's see how it advances

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

End-to-end encryption (AES-256)
Browser extensions, mobile apps, desktop apps
Auto-fill for websites and apps
Password generator
Secure sharing between users or teams
Two-factor authentication support

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

UI feels dated — functional but not the most polished experience compared to 1Password
Auto-fill can be clunky — occasionally misses fields or requires manual intervention
Self-hosting is technical — great option in theory, but not beginner-friendly to set up
Mobile app is slower — some users find it less snappy than competitors
No travel mode — 1Password lets you hide vaults when crossing borders; Bitwarden doesn't
Support is limited on the free tier — community forums rather than direct help

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden makes it easy to have a unique password for every site.

  ### 34. Excellent Password Manager, Easy to Use with Strong Security

It was very easy and quick to set up, with a straightforward onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

sometimes the autofill isn't as smooth on certain websites, and the interface could be a bit more intuitive

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to manage and secure all my passwords. It helps me avoid remembering multiple passwords, improves my security with strong unique logins, and saves time with autofill.

  ### 35. Affordable and Comprehensive Password Management

I use Bitwarden as our organization's password manager, allowing us to securely store and share credentials. The pricing is perfect for a small organization or team, and the features are on par or better than any other password manager at any price point. Bitwarden works on all relevant platforms, and I like that their code is regularly audited, unlike some competitors. The initial setup was really easy, and managing users moving forward is super simple too.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Sometimes auto fill fails on certain pages which isn't great, but that doesn't happen very often.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to securely store and share credentials, ensuring passwords aren't shared via insecure methods. Its reasonable pricing allows us to have a password manager, with features comparable to pricier options. It's cross-platform and regularly audited, enhancing our security.

  ### 36. Efficient and Fast Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faheem G. | IT Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I use Bitwarden for password storage, including managing personal and company credentials, and storing information for certain equipment web portals. I really like how it supports 2FA and stores multiple types into subdivided folders, making it unlike other traditional password managers like Google. It's responsive and fast, which I find really helpful. I also appreciate being able to sort details into folders with options to search specifically within a folder to narrow down information. This feature saves me a lot of time, and the initial setup was painless.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

N/A

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bitwarden helps me remember and securely store passwords for personal and company use. It supports 2FA, and its folder organization and search save me time. It's more responsive and faster than other password managers I've tried.

We can host it on prem and have full control over the access to the secrets. Registration for the users is easy and the admin team likes the possibilities provided. The licensing is flexible and we can add users in smallest steps.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

There was a time aprox. 2 years ago when the performance of the browser plugin was not so good, but this was fixed and performance is good now.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide a password manager to all users. All OSes are supported. Linux and Windows are both supported without having restrictions on any OS.

  ### 38. Effortless Password Management, Top-Notch Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dzmitry M. | Help Desk Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I like Bitwarden for its ease of use and convenient admin portal, which is logically structured, allowing quick access to members and devices, and it provides insightful information about usage. I appreciate the policies you can enforce for users, ensuring data leakage protection by preventing employees from exporting work-related passwords. The help with adoption from Bitwarden's team is also valuable, and the addition of new features keeps the platform improving.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

It would be great to be able to set custom icons for each entry in your vault. Also, it would benefit from having more flexibility when it comes to integration with IDPs. For example, I wish I could turn off the trusted devices feature and leave only the SSO feature on, because we do device compliance checks upon SSO request.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden for securely storing passwords and sensitive information, avoiding insecure storage. It streamlines data leakage protection with enforced policies. I appreciate the well-structured admin portal for quick access and usage insights, making it easy to manage and adopt.

  ### 39. Great Password Management, but Needs Cross-Device Passkey Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis P. | Nuclear Electronic Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I like that I'm not forced to pay for Bitwarden and that the premium is not shoved down my face. They keep me from extending my subscription list since I hate subscription-based products. The setup was pretty standard, which is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Implementing a passkey that can be easily accessed by Android and iPhone devices is a bit troublesome. A passkey should be seamless and should not require me to dig around searching for passwords. Also, the setup was pretty standard, but it could use a video tutorial for non-tech users.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to store passwords that I can't remember across various platforms, serving as a backup for my memory.

  ### 40. Smooth synchronization, efficient auto-completion, and very practical browser extension

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

Autocomplete, synchronization between multiple devices, possibility to generate random strong passwords and passphrases.

Having a random strong password for each account and saving all my credentials for me

  ### 43. Simple and Efficient, But Needs Improvement on Mobile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bitwarden?**

I like that the Bitwarden interface is extremely simple, and everything is in the same place, nothing messy. The auto-fill always works, which makes my daily life much easier. I save a lot of time not having to check a notepad for the passwords of the sites I access. The initial setup was also smooth, I just needed to provide an email and create a master key before being directed to the main interface.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Only on Mobile does the autofill functionality sometimes not work.

**What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bitwarden to save all my passwords in one place, with autofill, saving time and avoiding checking passwords in notes.

  ### 44. Effortless Password Management, Needs Better Cross-Platform Support

I mostly use Bitwarden to keep track of all my passwords without having to remember each one. Another cool feature is the generation of strong passwords, so I can use different passwords and not reuse mine. Bitwarden's storage helps me remember some passwords in case I forget. The autofill feature helps fill in information quickly on sites, and the password generator keeps me safe by ensuring I don't use the same password repeatedly. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

Maybe the cross-platform.

I appreciate its ease of use, which made the initial setup very easy, with no worries at all. I use the password manager daily with about ten people in my company, and I would give it a rating of 9 out of 10.

The configurable vaults are also a big plus as they ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege while reducing the number of hoops to jump through to get access to appropriate credentials.

**What do you dislike about Bitwarden?**

It would be great to be able to securely share a credential externally, e.g., when we create an administrator account for a client. Currently, we use a separate tool for this, but some other password managers include it.
