As every wallet comes with pros and cons, there are some cons such as limitation of availability in some countries. Another one is related to ocst and complexicity i.e for small scale user they are charging premium fees and for user who don't have much knowledge face little difficulty while navigating as this is multi-signature wallet. The UI interface is elegant and quite fast. It has 2FA and IP checks built in that it's a must in the crypto business, and a good workflow to authorize different users within an organization to access to different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bad customer services. We had a claim that took days to be resolved. The sync between some blockchains and the API / UI doesn't work and they don't do anything about it, we reported many times that the Avalanche integration was not working, funds poured into a wallet in an Avalenche testnet were never reflected, how you can develop products around the BitGo API if you cannot test the features in a testnet first?

Finally, documentation is also a problem, took me hours to realize how to map some test coins into real testnets, like GTETH which means ETH on the Goerli testnet, at first glance you don't know whether those names correspond to a blockchain (that is not ETH), a token.. or whatever. We can be slightly more peaceful considering the fact that Bitgo is our partner and they are doing everything to keep the Assets safe. So if we perform our duty and ensure secure systems at our end, we can be sure that all our assets are protected twice. Setting velocity limits, ensure our losses are limited. Very Expensive. Especially in the bear market where exchanges are finding it difficult to survive and many popular exchanges closing, bitgo fees is a big burden for a growing exchange. Instead of charging a a % fee which increases linearly, it would be great if there are fee tiers. It is in Bitgo's advantage to ensure profitability of their clients.

We appreciate that Bitgo has worked hard to launch multiple coins in the last one year and we also understand the technical limitations, but till more coins need to be supported.
